We wanted a one time Ant control service. They charged us $150 and said it would take a day for all the ants to go away. Two weeks later they are still in three rooms in our house. Binghams states that they do not guarantee their work unless you sign a year contract contract and spend $405.

After reviewing the phone conversation, our customer was sold a 1 time and treatment. Customer was informed that additional follw up treatments would be $42.50 for each service call. Customer was also informed that 1 time treatments even with follow ups may not eliminate ants that are living in the yard. We recommended that the customer signs up for continuing service which would have covered the cost follow ups to eliminate the pest issue. It is a 1 year commitment due to the difficulties controlling pests that will forage from neighboring properties. We apologize for any confusion this may have caused our customer and we would love an opportunity to assist them further. Please call our office at your earliest convenience and ask for Heather.

At time of service we told them that our Condo Association covers the Outside only of the property. The association has an ongoing several time a year treatment. We just needed a one time only treatment of the interior. The service Tech told us that this would take care of the pests since the outside is sprayed and the lawn is treated.

A onetime treatment for Ants is exactly what it says. One Time treatment. Ants are coming from the exterior to the interior. We monitor all phone calls for training purposes. The customer was informed in detail that we recommended follow up treatments because of the pest pressure identified in the conversation. I understand the customer would like to have further treatment performed we are here to provide those treatments and can be reached directly at 727-323-8866.

I purchased this house in 2015 and assumed the termite bond with this company. After several times finding the bait traps untouchedafter the technicians service call I placed yellow flags around all of them and told the company that I had to be home when they came. They called me yesterday and gave me a 1-2 window for today but instead came in the morning when I wasn't home. Needless to say they AGAIN did not touch the bait stations. I took pictures again to prove it. I now have a dry wood infestation and wanted them to spray in the house. I also believe I have subterranean termites in my family room and floor.

Desired Outcome

Contact by the Business I want the entire service redone when I am home, inside spit treatment, inspection of house for subterranean termites and tenting per our previous conversation.

We have reached out to our customer and offered all of the "Desired Resolutions" that were requested, plus have agreed to upgrade the Termite Monitoring System to a Always Active Sentricon System. This system eliminates the need for quarterly monitoring. We are ready to schedule these services at our customers earliest convenience.

They have agreed to tent my home within the next several months. However, I read another review on Revdex.com stating that they were unhappy with the tenting they did on their home. So I am apprehensive. Attached some-not all- of the photos showing the bait stations were never inspected...again.

After catching them 4 times not checking my bait stations during quarterly service (still covered in leaves despite the yellow Home Depot flags marking the spot that I added after their first screw up) and two complaints to Revdex.com and repeatedly telling them I WANTED TO BE THERE because I didn't trust them....

So I have drywood termites and they come out to tent.

Tenters turned on my upstairs bathroom heater and left it on. I didn't return until the following day so It ran 24 hours or more. It is old and has a very large visible COIL!!! Good thing I had moved the shower curtain or the house could have caught fire. I had told ADT to ignore smoke detector per their tenting instructions!!!

Unbelievable!!! I am going with another company because I am sick and tired of their excuses. I do not recommend this company. No telling how many other people they lie to about doing their service.

It is unfortunate that we have not been able to meet this customers expectations despite our repeated efforts. We hope she is able to find another Pest Control company that will meet her expectations.
The "Heater" could have been turned on under 2 conditions: 1) It was mistaken for an exhaust *** to help ventilate the gas out of the home or 2) Heat is sometimes used to dissipate the Chloropicrin (Tear Gas).

I was very disappointed. I had my house tented for termites. The consultant was great, however the workers not so much. They made a mess of things inside tracking tons of filth in all over the place and left it like that.It was like a soccer team walked through. They dug up my shell landscaping and use it for extra sand bags to hold the tent and left large holes and mess all over from it. They carelessly walked over and crushed many plants in my yard as well as lawn ornaments that could have easily been avoided by caring half a damn. They used a bistro chair from outside to stand on it seems and bent it, then threw it behind my shed and left it there. They managed to break down part of my fence posts and fence by just being negligent... border rocks were dragged all over from landscaping and just left there... they must have thrown some heavy tarp on it or just yanked to pull it loose... it was clear they just did not care, I even mentioned to be less reckless with things around my plants in the yard and the ornaments but the guy just looked at me then walked off with attitude. I keep finding more random damage as well to things from the service but it is too many little things to get into. One guy working here was helpful however... the others just rude. There was no follow up call for spraying my attic as well and I had to call to set that up (I had already been charged). I called and spoke to my rep that had come to my house originally and she said the owner would call to make things right but I never got a call. I can't recommend them at this point.

We have reached out to our customer and have come to a mutually acceptable resolution. We have also made changes to our personnel and our Quality Control accountability to ensure this will not happen again. Bingham's Professional Pest Management has been conducting business in the Tampa Bay area since 1964 because we take care of our customers first.

They did come out and help with issues and make amends. The message had not gotten through to management that there was an issue but they ended up making an agreement to make things right. Thank you.

Very unprofessional job.damaged gutters, left clamps all over my yard, my house was covered in dirty foors.
I had a termite issue, called all of the companies and finally agreed to go with Binghams. The man Jason, who sold me the tenting package was great.Everything was great except they automatically debited the second half of payment even though I was told this would happen when I called and authorized this. No big deal, fortunately I had enough money in my account. The day came for fumigation and I was told that I need to be out by 9am. I booked hotel for day before as well to accommodate this. I drove by my home at 330 pm and noticed no tent yet. I called Jason and he informed me that I am on the list and it would happen that day. It would have been great to know this to save a hundred dollars on hotel. The day came to move back into my home. I open my food and solid dirt all over my floors. I then began to search rest of house and notice gutter nails are hanging and a corner gutter is completely broken, hanging down. This is most disturbing because I just had them fixed when I had a new roof put on one month prior. Big piece of carpet laying in front of my house, screen taken off left there in front of window, and best of all clamps all over the place in my yard! I called and complained to Jason and was informed that the man who is in charge of cree would call me. He called and said he would come out and fix it. This was back in October. Still no fix. I was also promised a spot attic treatment by Jason and never received this either. I have called office several times and continue receiving empty promises. My gutters are still damaged. I just can't understand because they have somebody ensure house is safe...did they not realize they left a mess?? I used *** termite last time and had no issues at all. This has been a very unprofessional experience. It cost a lot of money, would be nice if they cared about their customers.

Desired Outcome

I would like to see a partial refund, so I can hire a gutter repair company. I also feel i should be refunded for the spot attic treatment I was promised should be refunded as well. Plus a r 23rd fund for cleanup fees. I should be compensated as well for having to find another company to warranty the next 5 years as I can see the level of service binghams provides.
