Binh's Auto Repair

I am rejecting this response because:I called multiple times and left my number for the manager to call me back regarding my veichle before I took it into *** [redacted] would never let me talk to the manager and take my information downNo one never returned my carI called them after the car was taken into [redacted] asking to talk to the manager and [redacted] was really short and rude with me on the phoneShe asked what it was regarded I told her I brought my veichle in January and had my ball Joints replacedI told her I tried calling them multiple times and no one ever called backI also stated to her that my car was at [redacted] and they called to tell me the wrong size ball joint was placed and is now costing me around 2,to fix the damage [redacted] started yelling and me and hung up

This letter is in response to Revdex.com Correspondence dated June 1st, for Binh's Auto RepairWhile the owner of the Ford Expedition did call Binh's Auto Repair located on Thornton Road in Stockton, the reason for the call was to collect payment for the $bill from *** *** ***-invoice dated 04/24/The owner called threatening Binh's Auto Repair to pay for the bill and did not mention any issues about the car previously when the work was done on 01/26/but stated that Binh's Auto Repair was to pay for it and that the owner wasn't going to pay for itThe conversation was never regarded in bringing the vehicle back to Binh's Auto Repair shop on the work performed on 01/26/or that the owner had ever mentioned or reached out to Binh's Auto Repair that it was having issues due to the work on it; but instead went to *** *** *** to work on the car and later after 04/24/reached out to Binh's Auto Repair in regard's to paying the bill from *** *** *** dated 04/24/2017.If there was a problem with the repair, the owner should have brought the vehicle back to Binh's Auto Repair as soon as possible, so that the car can be re-inspected to be able to decipher what was the issue and fix the problem if it was the same issue that was related to the work that was done on the carIf there was an issue otherwise different from the work that was done on 01/26/2017, Binh's Auto Repair would've shown and discussed with the owner the reason the car was having issues and discuss the options the owner and Binh's Auto Repair can go about itThe owner never brought the vehicle back for inspection throughout the time it had been worked on by Binh's Auto Repair since 01/26/to the date that the owner brought the car to *** *** *** on 04/24/(about months apart)it's been too long of a time frame to assume that the problem was caused by the work that was done at Binh's Auto Repair since it was never brought to repair shop or that the owner did not reach out to Binh's Auto Repair of such issues as the owner had stated in their complaint.Enclosed is a copy of the invoices from *** *** dated on 01/26/of the parts ordered, Binh's Auto Repair Shop invoice dated on 01/26/of the work done, and the *** *** *** invoice dated on 04/24/If the parts that were delivered were in any case wrong and did not fit the car, it is an automatic response for Binh's Auto Repair to contact *** *** (the company Binh's Auto Repair ordered from for the part) to send the correct parts and use corrective actions and procedures as always to get the right parts for the carWith all due respect, the mechanics at Binh's Auto Repair do not have time to -as stated by the owner, to "weld" sleeves to the parts that were orderedBased on the time that was given (owner waited for the car that day to finish) and with the consideration of the time frame to fix the car, it is highly not possible to attempt to recreate parts, or simply "weld" add-ons to parts that were delivered to try and correct the incorrect parts that do not fit the car itselfEven then, Binh's Auto Repair shop does not have any welders in the business and would not want to do such a risky and rational act on doing so but will correct the company that Binh's Auto Repair ordered from and receive the correct part instead; it is a waste of time and moneyBinh's Auto Repair is committed to fixing cars the proper way, and ensures that the car is fixed properly and accordinglyIf there are any issues with the car based on the work that was done by Binh's Auto Repair and brought up to their attention then Binh's Auto Repair would have gone about using corrective actions and procedures to fix the issueIf there are any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact Binh's Auto Repair Shop at *** ***Thank you for your time.Sincerely,*** ***Owner of Binh's Auto Repair

Work was completed January 26, on a Ford ExpeditionBinh's Auto Repair replaced the lower ball joints on both sides of the vehicleThe vehicle was test driven by John Nguyen with no problems noticed.The vehicle was taken into "*** *** ***" on April 24, for a wheel alignmentIf
there was a problem with the "Ball Joint", it should have been noticed long before April 24, and should have been brought to the attention of Binh's Auto RepairThe owner of the vehicle never brought the vehicle back to Binh's Auto Repair or reported any problem regarding the bail joint.The lower ball joints were purchased from *** *** of Stockton, CAlocated on West Lane and were not after market or remanufactured partsThe Revdex.com report states that "sleeves" were "welded" on to the ball joints to make them fitThis statements is falseThere are no "welders" in the repair shop.Many things can happen to a vehicle over a period of months especially if it is used on a daily basisThe vehicle should have been brought back to Binh's Auto Repair as soon as the owner of the vehicle has noticed a problem regarding the "Ball Joint."
