This company replaced the roof on my home, I would recommend them to anyone needing a new roof The salesman, Bill B [redacted] was very knowledgable, friendly and professional The crew that did the work were experienced and finished in a timely manner They were very thorough in their cleanup when they left you couldn't tell anyone had done work here I will be calling them with any future work I need done on my home

I called Biniek with high hopes towards having my roof replaced with a modern metal or shingle roof I requested an agent come out to my house in 2/for a free estimate after our last snow/ice storm left me with ice dam water in my sub roof This was the biggest mistake I have made when it comes to hiring a contractorThe agent arrived and the only thing that went right was the initial handshake I was interested in getting an estimate for asphalt shingle, standing seam, and metal shingle roof replacement without running a tape measure he looked at my square foot dwelling with layer of shingles and said that the roof would cost 18-20k for standing seam, more for the metal shingle roof, and 6.5k for a asphalt shingle I was stunned at this price quote as I just received an estimate hour earlier from another local reputable contractor for 10.5k for lifetime warranty metal shingleswhen I told him that I was interested in having him run the tape measure and get numbers on the asphalt shingles he started to back pedal on the pricing for metal He told me AT COST they would be at 14k for the standing seam I explained that I was not interested in the metal estimate at that rate, and that's when he made the comment that caused me to throw him off of my property He stated "well you have to be careful about these fly-by-night companies, they will roll into town with a van filled with a gang of banditos that can't speak English then they will slap a roof on that will leak in a month!"
At this point I was appalled at what he just told me, not only how childish, immature, and ignorant he was as a human, but how he could come out to a clients house, representing a company for potentially thousands of dollars and in less than minutes of meeting the homeowner, make such a racist comment I don't know if he thought it would be okay to say that because I'm white and so was he, or the fact that I was wearing a pro 2nd amendment shirt at the time, but he sure didn't know that I am married to a wonderful, loving and devoted full blood Hispanic woman (who was standing on the other side of the door)That was the last straw, I told him how offended that I was by his last statement because I was married to a Hispanic woman, and that he needed to leave my property and to never have anyone from his company show up again after this horrible statement he never offered an apology and he literally ran to his van and drove off I sincerely hope this is not reflective of the views of everyone at Biniek To anyone in Biniek management, in my opinion I sincerely hope you fire the agent you sent to my house, and if you want to stay a reputable name in the home improvement scene, I suggest you do not allow your agents to practice racist and offensive conversation during any communication with your clients this is the 21st century, white men and women marry others from different races other then white and black, and everything you say can and will cost you sales and probably end up on the internet's review boards

Based on my personal experience and my personal interface with the company owner and his workers, Biniek Specialty Contractors, LLC is one of the best contractors in the South Central Pennsylvania area This is why My roof suffered severe damage from a bad hailstorm I went to my insurance company and they initially allowed only for repair of the roof I had MrPaul Biniek, owner of Biniek Specialty Contractors, LLC perform a thorough inspection of the hail damage to my roof and document the damage for me MrBiniek went the extra mile and agreed to talk to my insurance company and describe the damage he found As a direct result of MrBiniek’s actions, my insurance company allowed a complete roof replacement on my home I cannot express enough gratitude for MrBiniek’s interface with the insurance company on my behalf Paul Biniek was personable, professional and fair in every regard in my interface with him I had Biniek Specialty Contractors, LLC replace my roof and I am completely satisfied with the work the company did As a result of the quality work Biniek Specialty Contractors, LLC did on my roof, I had the company replace a sliding glass patio door on my home Again, I got quality work at a reasonable price I highly recommend this company and the owner and will use them again for other repairs to my home
