Binn Motor Inn

Review: A room was booked with this Motor Inn showing very nice pictures of the Inn, upon researching the hotel with friends they stated the Inn is infested with bugs and has drug related issues. My daughter booked the room on June 17th for a 2 day stay on June 18th & 19th, when I called they stated the reservation had to be cancelled in 14-days for a refund. I questioned how I could cancel in 14 days when it was just booked yesterday. They were VERY rude and totally not UNDERSTANDING to our situation with this inn. In looking at the Revdex.com report they have an F rating, I feel a business like this should not be able to operate under these circumstances and misleading consumers of the poor quality of the businees. I feel they need to be reported as others have done. Thank you for your time and consideration.

Review: I made reservations on july 30 2013 and now have to cancel because of an emergency their policy states deposit is refundable prior to arrival date and is subject to a 25% fee which is perfectly fine with me but I paid in full and they are now saying they only make refunds if canceled 2 weeks prior to arrival but I did not even make them 2 weeks ago.Desired Settlement: I would be willing to let them keep 1 night not just the 25% please help
