Yes, Thank you, Binnewater has been paid in full, the cooler and jugs have been picked up and the account has been closed.The payment was made on line, the payment did not show up on line until after the phone call in question was made. Both taking place Dec. [redacted]. Several phone calls were made...
prior to the Dec [redacted] phone call with no response.I am very sorry [redacted] had such a bad experience.
Review: I received a call from Binnewater about an outstanding invoice. I informed the employee/owner that the invoice had already been satisfied. I was told that a driver was in the area and on less than 10 minutes notice he was coming by to pick up the water cooler. I informed the employee/owner that I was not at home. He stated that I should keep the water cooler and that he would bill me for it. The employee/owner was unprofessional and informed me that he knew that he would not hear from me again. I have no clue how he was able to come to the conclusion that I would never take his phone calls again. Finally, I was told that I was going to be sued in court. I have no problem paying what I owe but to threaten me for an invoice that I had submitted payment via credit card through Binnewater's website prior to your call is beyond the pale.
Binnewater - you are entitled to what you are owed but are not entitled to make phone calls in an attempt to get more money than you are due.Desired Settlement: Binnewater needs to admit that they have been paid in full.
If they choose to terminate our agreement, they should give me a date and time and sufficient notice in order to schedule pickup of the cooler.
