Binswanger Glass Company

Today (8/17/15) I had Binswanger Glass over to our home to replace a windshield for the third time in the past year. They have done this twice on one car and today it was the other cars turn. In each and every case, the experience has been very positive, from the initial telephone call to the onsite work performed by their technicians. Today it was Paul (his 2nd trip to our home), a long-time employee who takes his time and appears to truly care about both the quality of his work and the overall customer experience.
It is not often that I post a review but after reading some not so positive reviews elsewhere, I thought I should provide a real-world reality based review.
