I had a cracked single pane section of glass that needed replacedI looked online for local glass companies Binswanger came up as located in my city I called to set up the appointment for the next day with the receptionistNo one showed up or called I called again and left a message I received a call on the next business day and the installer came out and installed the glass Got a call today for payment This $pane of glass cost me $169! I was never told about a $service call fee or that they no longer had a local office in my townNor was I ever told the price of the glassI was expecting maybe $They instead came out of Little Rock, ~miles away I should have been informed of all of these details from the start Common courtesy would have been to share this info with me before coming out

I had a cracked single pane section of glass that needed replaced. I looked online for local glass companies. Binswanger came up as located in my city. I called to set up the appointment for the next day with the receptionist. No one showed up or called. I called again and left a message. I received a call on the next business day and the installer came out and installed the glass. Got a call today for payment. This $5 pane of glass cost me $169! I was never told about a $129 service call fee or that they no longer had a local office in my town. Nor was I ever told the price of the glass. I was expecting maybe $30. They instead came out of Little Rock, ~40 miles away. I should have been informed of all of these details from the start. Common courtesy would have been to share this info with me before coming out.

Review: I contacted this company to repair a chip in my 2014 nissan rouge. the te came to my place of employment on tuesday of this week. he did not come in an let me know he was here to do the repair. he proceeded with the repair and broke the windsheild. he came in and told me broke it and it will need replacement and left. I never saw or signed any paperwork. I think they are responsible for replacement and cannot get a answer from the company.
