My wife and I worked with xxxxx and were pleased with the whole experience We got a great deal on a fridge and dryer set Unfortunately the fridge didn't fit (our faults for not measuring but it was a recently done kitchen remodel so we wrongly assumed they made it standard width) Anyway, xxxxx helped us with the return and when I found a good deal at another store for a special sized fridge with water/ice in the door, he matched the price and got it to us that Saturday I have no problem recommending them and when we need a new stove (which will likely be soon), we'll be going back!

Absolutely the WORST customer service I have ever experienced I called (4) times to ensure that my delivery would be on the day that it was suppose to be on (as quoted when I was charged for the washer and dryer) The day of I called in the morning to see in what timeframe I should expect delivery The manager spoke to me and quoted a DIFFERENT timeframe then what I had been told the previous two timesThis was obviously frustrating as the customer as I had a day to planSince the gentlemen would only tell me and I quote "they [redacted] call a half hour ahead of time" I had sat at my house from 9am - until I called again at 1: At 1:I proactively called again as I should of been done by 2pm and they informed me it would be more in the 3pm hour They did not apologize or really seem to care that they WASTED my entire day I called earlier in the morning as I had things I needed to get done and was curious if it would be done by noon (like I was originally quoted)When I called the manager (the gentlemen that I talked to originally) to inform him of my EXTREME unhappiness of the situation he did not care You have a choice in where you do business, do not give people that DO NOT CARE your money I only chose Appliance Plaza because I wanted to keep the money local and not use a BIG BOX store However this obviously was my mistake as the BIG BOX stores have treated me much better then this store has todayI work in customer service and understand that things happen, however it is the responsibility of the manager of the store to clearly communicate to the customers If you know you are going to not meet what you quoted then you should follow up with a call, it's not difficult
Smooth, uneventful transaction, which is how such transactions should take place My wife and I received a fair price and the item was delivered when promised The store representative was very knowledgeable regarding the item we ordered and was very helpful in providing information, helping us make the decision, but not pressuring us to do so
My very old dryer finally quit and I found myself at Plaza Appliance Mart to shop for a washer/dryer, armed with a good recommendation, also my own past experience I hadn't been there in years due to the fact that my appliances have all held up for a long long time I have limited space, but the washer/dryer set that fit my space was also on sale! Special order for gas only delayed delivery a few days The installer called the day of delivery twice to see which time best suited me After removing the old set they worked outside, adjusting and cleaning the old vent which gave me time to scrub the nasty floor where my old set had stood They placed the new set exactly where I wanted it in order to protect the hot water heater and accommodate a broom rack at the opposite end They rehung the door and were gone within an hourThank you Plaza Appliance Mart!!!
