issued to every donor contains detailed instructions and notifications as outlined by law for the fees associated with the card. Every donor gets a free signature POS purchase transaction per donation. The documents given to the donor with the card outline the fee schedule for the use of the card. Interstate Blood Bank and its affiliates to not make money from these fees. They are a part of the costs associated with the company issuing the cards. I have scanned in these documents and will forward them to the Revdex.com.
It is not possible to use other debit cards to conduct these transactions, and our company no longer handles cash at the donation centers
