I placed an order online last week on your website just to get an email telling me you don't ship to Canada. Why would you accept my payment in the first place and now I've sent emails and pm to your Facebook but not getting a response. I've called and left you a voice mail. Please refund my ,money asap and acknowledge that you received my messages.

We will resolve this problem by sending him a 40ozcleaner and a 16oz sealant free of charge to the adress given.we tried contacting him and there was no response.pitstopglass wil receive products on

Review: My boyfriend and I purchased BioClean at a local [redacted] in his area (Lincoln, CA) after his mom raved about the product. We read the instructions and uses so we proceeded to use it on our fixtures in the restrooms and they came out wonderful. I noticed it said safe on "stainless steel" and specifically "stovetops" but before I used it, I e-mailed the company (November 8) and asked if that was correct. Minutes later, I received a response from [redacted] saying "yes. Always test a small area first". I then proceed to test a small area (about a 2"x2" patch) and then removed it with perfect results. After testing the area with successful results, I proceed to do a thin coat over the entire stovetop. After I let it sit for several minutes, I noticed the writing symbolizing the different heat tempatures (amount other writing), started to fade off. This happened visibly, even before I started wiping it off. I called my boyfriend downstairs to look at what was happening and he suggested wiping it off but I knew that would completely remove all writing so instead, I used a cloth and dabed it until it came clean. After we removed the remaining product off with a white cloth, it began pulling grey which obviously was some kind of coating from the stainless steel top. Now we are left with a stovetop that not only looks terrible but is also missing some kind of coating.Desired Settlement: We would like to be reimbursed for not only the product, but also the stovetop. I reached out to the company to guarantee it would work PRIOR to using it on our stovetop and their response was mentioned above. I did exactly what was recommended and that failed. After giving the company nearly a week to respond to my e-mail informing them of what happened, I never got a response back from the company, thus why I am reaching out to you.

Review: I have tried multiple times to contact the distributor with no luck. I've called numerous times, left a message, sent an email with no reply back to any of these, I even tried calling more times and the phone wouldn't ring at all. I was told when I bought the product that I would be able to get a full refund if I wasn't satisfied with it, but since I'm unable to get in contact with anyone I'm stuck with a product that I'm unhappy. The product is the bio clean hard water stain remover.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for this product which I was guaranteed if I was unhappy with its outcome.

Review: The site offers a discount if you complete a survey. It does not mention until after you complete the survey that the discount code will be delivered via e-mail within 24 hours. This is a deceptive practice that the company relies on so consumers will place the order even though they do not have the code because they will not wait 24 hours to place the order with the discount. I waited more than 24 hours for the code and never received the discount offer. I also contacted the company without a response.This is a fraudulent and deceptive practice used by the company to gather personal information from prospective customers.Desired Settlement: I would like to see this company sited and fined for deceptive business practices. They should be held accountable.

Review: My husband and I attended the SEMA show in Las Vegas Nevada in November 2015 and purchased products from this company. We paid for the products at the show and were promised to receive the products within 2 weeks. In December we still had not received what we purchased so I called the company and they said they were sorry and that the products would be shipped right out. In January we still had not received the products so I called again and was told the same thing. I called back the end of January and again received the same promise. As of today, February 4, 2016 I still have not received the product.Desired Settlement: I would like my product delivered immediately
