Bio Corporation

To all of my science loving friends, I am warning you of the horrible customer service with @Bio Corporation Biologyproducts.com
Not only have I had issues in the past, but I was proactive this time, calling ahead to avoid similar issues, only to find myself today still being charged additional fees in order to receive my items as promised. They took no responsibility for the mistakes that were made. Their products are less expensive, but with the added fees they make up the cost.

The specimens are sold for the best price out there and come in a generally good quality. Ideal for labs, schools, small dissection classes, or person use if you have an interest in biology. But the shipping time is absolutely horrible. Expect to wait 2-3 months, despite them claiming that you should get your item in 7-10 days. They could at least be up front about the ridiculous wait. At this point you might be better off paying 50% more at another company so you get the products in a reasonable amount of time. Cheap items from China get to you faster, this company is based in the US and somehow takes months to get to you. Very frustrating.

I am rejecting this response because:
They delivered to the wrong address and now making up some story that I ordered the wrong item.I want a full refund. If this is not resolved with the Revdex.com, my next step will be with the States Attorney General

No reason to make up stories. The product that he ordered was delivered, yes to the incorrect place, but we deal well with UPS and getting items corrected. With UPS making the error they would have picked iit up and redelivered it to him...2 doors down. The shipping cost is $12.00. Bio will refund him his $12 because the squeaky wheel always gets the attention and not because we did anything wrong or out of the norm.
