Not only have I had issues in the past, but I was proactive this time, calling ahead to avoid similar issues, only to find myself today still being charged additional fees in order to receive my items as promised. They took no responsibility for the mistakes that were made. Their products are less expensive, but with the added fees they make up the cost.
Good afternoonReceived a message that there was a complaint about some shipping cost not being refundedWe have spoken to the customer about the issueWe shipped what he had orderedUPS brought the items to the incorrect place(his neighbor)We called the customer about the order being delivered to the wrong address, at that point he said "then they will be dead"CS informed him that we do not supply live clams only preserved ones, so the product is goodAgain he stated he wanted liveCS informed him that if he didn't want them he could return them and get a refund for the product returned, but he would have to pay the shipping as it was his mistake in ordering items that he didn't want, at that point he refused to do any further actionI refunded the cost of the product because of his refusal to return or help return the itemsCustomer ordered the wrong item, our company should not have to pay the shipping because of his negligence
I am rejecting this response because:
They delivered to the wrong address and now making up some story that I ordered the wrong item.I want a full refund. If this is not resolved with the Revdex.com, my next step will be with the States Attorney General
No reason to make up stories. The product that he ordered was delivered, yes to the incorrect place, but we deal well with UPS and getting items corrected. With UPS making the error they would have picked iit up and redelivered it to him...2 doors down. The shipping cost is $12.00. Bio will refund him his $12 because the squeaky wheel always gets the attention and not because we did anything wrong or out of the norm.

Again he stated he wanted live. CS informed him that if he didn't want them he could return them and get a refund for the product returned, but he would have to pay the shipping as it was his mistake in ordering items that he didn't want, at that point he refused to do any further action. I refunded the cost of the product because of his refusal to return or help return the items. Customer ordered the wrong item, our company should not have to pay the shipping because of his negligence.
