The customer placed the order on 2/23/and was then charged following the end of the trial period on 3/12/ The customer then called in to customer service and explained his circumstance including the unopened bottles in his possession and was issued an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number in order to return the products for a full refund The products were received back at our fulfillment warehouse on 3/22/ The customer then called back on 3/24/inquiring about the refund and was informed that we had received the returned merchandise but that the refund can take up to days to be issued by our automated system On 3/25/we reached back out to the customer to let him know that his full refund had been manually processed, as well as shipped him a complimentary 30-day supply as an apology for the delayWe would like to once again apologize for the misunderstanding and delay in the processing of this refundWe would also like to reiterate that we do stand by our policies, and our terms and conditions should be read by any and all customers who choose to take advantage of our trial offer, as they are there for a reason

The customer placed the order on 1/13/This is when they paid the initial $for shipping and handling and this began the trial period to use the initial day supply they were sentSince there was no notification of a request for cancellation and/or a returned product during the allotted time, the customer was automatically billed for the day supply on 1/31/as explained in the terms and conditions which they agreed toThe consumer contacted Bio Fuel NOon 2/3/via email and all future billings and shipments were canceled at this point and the customer was sent a cancellation email including confirmation numbers The customer then called customer service on 2/5/requesting a refund The agent who handled the call explained the terms and conditions once again and the reason for the charge, and confirmed that the account had already been canceled as a result of the previous email We unfortunately cannot accept a return of an opened bottle as the customer is suggesting, however as an apology for the poor customer service displayed by the agent in handling this call, we refunded the full amount of $94.67, which according to our records, was settled to the customer's account on 2/6/ We are also in the process of retraining and/or removing this particular agent from our customer service department However, we stand by our policies and we would like to reiterate that our customers must accept the terms and conditions before an order can be processedWe state the terms and conditions clearly, and make our contact information readily available to the customer at every opportunityTerms and conditions are located on all ordering websites, and should be read as they are there for a reasonPlease refer to our website, www.biofuelno2.comBelow is a brief explanation of our terms and conditions:

According to USPS tracking, the customer received the product on 2/19/2016.  Since there was no notification of a request for cancellation and/or a returned product during the allotted time, the customer was automatically billed for the 30 day supply on 3/4/2016, 14 days after receiving it, as explained in the terms and conditions which they agreed to. The consumer contacted Bio Fuel NO2 via phone on 3/8/2016 and all future billings and shipments were canceled at this point and the customer was sent a cancellation email including confirmation numbers.  Upon learning of the customer's dissatisfaction with the trial length, we reached back out to the customer on 3/9/2016 and further resolved the situation to the satisfaction of the customer at that time.  We stand by our policies and we would like to reiterate that our customers must accept the terms and conditions before an order can be processed. We stand by our policies and we would also like to reiterate that our customers must accept the terms and conditions before an order can be processed. The customer placed the order on 2/15/2016. This is when they paid the initial $4.95 for shipping and handling and this began the trial period to use the initial 30 day supply they were sent. According to USPS tracking, the customer received the product on 2/19/2016.  Since there was no notification of a request for cancellation and/or a returned product during the allotted time, the customer was automatically billed for the 30 day supply on 3/4/2016, 14 days after receiving it, as explained in the terms and conditions which they agreed to. The consumer contacted Bio Fuel NO2 via phone on 3/8/2016 and all future billings and shipments were canceled at this point and the customer was sent a cancellation email including confirmation numbers.  Upon learning of the customer's dissatisfaction with the trial length, we reached back out to the customer on 3/9/2016 and further resolved the situation to the satisfaction of the customer at that time.  We stand by our policies and we would like to reiterate that our customers must accept the terms and conditions before an order can be processed. We state the terms and conditions clearly, and make our contact information readily available to the customer at every opportunity. NO2, every customer is given the option to try their first 30 day supply without charge for 18 days after placing their order. During the 18 days, if the customer is not satisfied with their product, they are to contact customer service via phone or email with a notice of their desire to cancel and return the product. If the customer keeps their 30 day supply beyond 18 days from the date of order, they are billed for the product and then billed and shipped a new 30 day supply every 30 days thereafter for a total program length 6 cycles. The customer has the ability to cancel at any time by calling customer service at [redacted] or emailing [redacted]. If a customer needs to contact customer service, the phone number is listed on www.biofuelno2.com, the product bottle itself, as well as the automated confirmation email that is sent with every order. The terms are disclosed clearly on www.biofuelno2.com where the customer would have ordered the product. The customer also has to click a box stating “I agree to the terms and conditions” before the order is processed. If the customer does not click the box to agree to the terms, the order will not process. The terms and conditions are disclosed directly on the ordering website, at the bottom of the first page, and also highlighted on the second page where the customer inputs their billing information, as well as linked in the confirmation email.   The customer placed the order on 2/28/2016 and was then charged following the end of the trial period on 3/17/2016.  The customer then called in to customer service on 3/28/2016 and requested a cancellation of future shipments as well as a refund.  The representative who handled the call explained why the customer was charged, canceled his account, and informed him that a 50% refund was the most we could apply to his account given that the products were already opened and therefore not eligible to be returned.   Following this complaint on 3/31/2016 we reached back out to the customer to let him know that we were going above and beyond company policy and issuing a full refund to his account. However, we do stand by our policies and we would like to reiterate that our customers must accept the terms and conditions before an order can be processed.
