Our refund policy actually does allow the customer to try the product within the day period because our return policy states that the customer must contact us within days after getting the packageNot that they have to send it back within days of ordering The reason that the package was returned to customer was probably because she put the return info incorrectlyOur return address is : [redacted] Mary is the first customer to have issues with getting the return to us Once she sends the product to the correct place, we will refund her
