For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Just based on the companies response I can tell they are a unscrupulous company & shouldn't be in business if this is how they operate. What they are doing is a scam. We did not want this product, did not authorize it & never told them to ship this product but they did anyway. Also, our company requires purchase order numbers for all purchases & we never gave them a P.O. number.Regards, [redacted]

The complaint is unfounded. The consumer agreed to gallons of our all purpose cleaner.....We've been in business over years, never received an complaints. The buyer had no business giving us permission to ship, if they didn't want material.... it's called buyers
