I believe that the information that *** *** is not accurate and does not mention all of the detailsFirst off the bidet that *** purchased has a one year warranty and he purchased it in February of It is well out of its warranty
and we explained this to Mr***We also explained to him how to make sure that the bidet is installed correctly since he mentioned that the seat was cracked (not all ceramic toilet bowls are perfectly even and there fore if not all pads are touching the bowl prior to sitting on it will create uneven pressure)He wanted us to fix the bidet at no charge otherwise he said he would complain with the Revdex.comI advised him that we would not help him because of his threats but would be willing to help because he is our customerI have already sent him a return shipping label and we are working on repairing the bidet for Mr***
