BioOne service did an awesome job. In the middle of my critical crisis. I had to make a call to a crime cleaner service. BioOne was one of the top three people to contact. Once I made the called. I explained to him what happen. Tony was extremely professional, kind and courteous. I had to call him a few times. Not once did he get irritated with me. Tony explained the process step by step which help me understand more of what was about to take place. A few hours later he showed up with his technician. They both did an excellent job. We recently moved into our home and found mice in the garage. Bio One responded to my inquiry within two hours and they made a plan of attack to get our garage cleaned. After we removed the rodents with the help of an exterminator, Bio-One was able to come decontaminate the garage so we could safely use it.
