Dont buy the CBD oil it's a rip off I send them the product back and the refused to give me my money back

Absolutely no effect

I ordered a sample and was charged twice for $80 something amounts afterwards.
I ordered the sample and only paid shipping and handling. I didn't see anywhere that it was a subscription type deal, and even so, I never even received the two bottles they charged me for. At the time I thought my card info had been stolen because they charged it under a different name so I just cancelled the card. Now after doing some research on this company I am finding out this happened to several other people. Especially since I never even received the products they charged me for, I would like a full refund on those two charges.

Biopure charged $190 to my card with out my consent. I want a refund. They havent issued my refund. Its been 3 months now.
I ordered a free trial of 2 cbd oils in December 2017, my card was charged before my trial ened. I called for a refuned and to cancel any further charges to be made. They said the refund will be sent as a check in the mail. This was in December/januray its now march and I havent recieved it. When I call spoke to Marco couple times which said is stationed in SanDiego all they say is I will get a call back soon from supervisor to give me more information. I havent gotten a call also no one is really helping me. I feel like Im giving the run around and was cheated!

Desired Outcome

I want to know when my check will be mailed out as soon as possible. I want my money back for both products.

I recieved 2 packages via the US MAIl. I did not see a 14 day trial anywhere on the website. Today I got my statement and $187.49 has been removed. I called and they say I agreed to the statement on the website. BS! They are giving me 35% back and I will do what I can to close their business!

We had the same experience as mentioned several times here. We did not see anywhere when ordering about a 14 day trial period. Their order confirmation email only showed our names, our address and the $4.95 charge. Nothing about them, their company name, address, phone number, email address, website... etc. We did receive the product and tried it with no effects what-so-ever. It wasn't until I saw two charges on my credit card, for a total of nearly $180, on day 19 after my ORDER date that I called to question the charges and return the unused product. That's when they told me that we had agreed to the "Membership" and they charged us full price for both products. I have disputed it with my bank. This company is definitely out to scam people.

We openly disclose to all consumers the terms and conditions of our program offer. All consumers are advised that by accepting the sample that they will be enrolled in a monthly program. Secondly, we always refund our customers when they do not want the product or stop the product program. We have sent a refund in the amount of $87.47.
We will also issue the remainder in a check that will go out on Monday 2.5.18.

I received this product without ordering it. There was no information enclosed on how to return it.
I didn't purchase it. I don't remember exactly when I got it. I think it's been a couple of weeks. I wasn't planning on trying it, especially since I live in a state where marijuana is legal and I have a medical marijuana license. I don't need to be ordering it on the Internet. I can only assume that they are planning on trying to bill me somehow for further shipments, or something. I can't think of any other reason why they would've sent to me. I'm not sure however how they plan to do that. I'm a little bit puzzled, frankly. I put in a random day of contact since you wouldn't let me fill this form out any other way, but I have not contacted this company at all. There was absolutely no contact information delivered along with it. I suppose I might be able to find something on the Internet, but I haven't tried.

I don't even understand any of the negative reviews/complaints about this business. I ordered the trial and accidentally also ordered a sleep product. I called them and the representative immediately took off the charge for the extra product, which was only the shipping charge. She also gave me an extra 15 days to try the product. So I had 30 days to try it and I got the extra sleep product for free. When I got to almost the end of my trial period I called because it did not work FOR ME. This time the representative did try to discount it for me so that I could keep trying it. I didn't want to so he let it go and canceled my order within minutes. He was also very understanding and sympathetic. I had no problem canceling and their customer service is amazing! I was NEVER charged more than the initial shipping charges for the trial. Customer service was very available, extremely kind and very accomodating. This is a GOOD company. They stood behind their promise and went beyond.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!
*** (literally, the entire phone call) refused to believe I never received my ($4.95) free trial, insisted I have a house when I told him it's a multi unit dwelling. He spoke over me the ENTIRE call, refused to allow me to share the purpose of my call, and, ultimately, hung up on me. And, now there's an additional) $200 charge and I STILL HAVENT RECEIVED ANYTHING!
"Call United States Postal Service." was his only option to me.
I've got a note on the front of the dwelling for deliveries (as I reside in the back apartment) which instructs the delivery guy to call me or ring their doorbell, otherwise I'll get my package at the post office.
I wish I'd been able to try the product, but, more so, I wish I'd never gone for the trial to begin.

I appreciate the credit for the $198.62, but that was just the "additional" charge ON TOP OF the initial $176.78 (charged under two separate company names: Skin Beauty Fox and Viable Skin) which is what I was initially explaining in three previous emails plus the phone call on 1/4/18.
Those initial attempts were to let CBD Oil, and, apparently more of your company(s?) know I'd never received the trial product and to cancel the trial altogether which was initiated in 12/5/17. I don't expect I (nor anyone else) should be charged for products not received/used particularly when several attempts were made to address the issue.
I can forward the emails and responses if necessary. However, I shouldn't have to do additional work if you review your records and have competent customer service.
The time, frustration and aggravation invested in this questionable product/company(s) is the same effort I am putting forth is helping others to be aware of these situations.

I did the trial about the middle of December I paid using my bank card I received my product and I never paid much attention to anything else come the middle of January and my card was flagged for fraud I called the issue in she assured me she blocked the transaction and unlocked my card and again I thought all was well the very next day my cars was charged 89 dollars without my permission and refused to give it all back

After reviewing the records we see that on 1.13.18 we refunded the customer over the phone in the amount of $66.98 in which the customer is aware of. We sent a Refund Confirmation Email titled "Refund Confirmation " sent to ***@gmail.com at the same time. In addition we sent a Cancellation Notification Email titled "Cancellation Confirmation " sent to ***@gmail.com In closing, we feel that have complied with the terms and conditions of our offer and gave refunded the customer. Although the customer agreeded to the refund at the time on the phone we went ahead and refunded the remainder for $22.33 on 1.18.18. I received all my money

This company is very difficult to contact, and took an automatic payment from my account, using a false name.
After the first trial offer, I could not get a hold of this business to cancel. Now they have taken over $90 from my bank account without my permission, using a false name to do so. I cannot find a website or any way to get in touch regarding a refund. I finally got a hold of them through one of their many numbers. They cancelled my account, but said they had a no return policy. Their business practices are shady, at best!

Desired Outcome

I would like to return the second bottle of product for a full refund. The product is not, and does not do what they claim. I believe it contains no cbd oil. The first bottle I only used about one fourth of it before I realized how bogus this product really is.

I accept the refund for the product I did not receive. However, I would like to be able to return the unopened, sealed product that I recently received for a full refund, as well. This business practice is so unfair and shady. The charges that came up on my bank account showed no indication of what company was taking money from my account. I had to keep trying to get someone to answer the very obscure phone message when I tried one of the several numbers on my bank account and in extremely small print on the bottle. When I did talk to someone, finally, they were quite rude and would not answer my questions. This company most certainly DOES NOT put the customer first! I can't even find a name or website for this company! It's something different and very suspicious every time on my bank account.
Also, the charges are slightly more than they were, and all slightly different.
In the box that the product was shipped, there was a shipping label which did not even have a company name or phone number. Their claim is they put the customer first, as long as the customer allows them to steal money from their bank account every month.
Part of me feels like I should cut my losses and accept what was offered, however, I just feel like I have been totally ripped off, and feel anxious about these scheisters having my card number. They should not be able to continue stealing and deceiving innocent people. They may have figured out a "legal" way to get away with it, but it sure doesn't make it right.
Bottom line- it's just wrong!

Buyer Beware!! I have been charged twice for product I have not received. They would not work with me unless I got my bank involved!!

This is a worthless product it was supposed to be a (30 day free trial) that's means what free not pull 90 dollar out my bank you guys said it will only cost me the one payment of shipping and thats it the cbd doesn't even work I could of just went to a shop in my town got something that works and a lot cheaper I will be letting everyone know about your frauding of people's hard earned money

Going by Zen Labs, CBD Pure/Max, selling BioPure CBD oil and night time oil, same phone number, they continue their scam. Trying to find their web site I get an error message. Somehow I managed an email link, but when I write them all I get is a robo letter saying that my email is important...bla, bla, bla and a number to call. They waste your time so that they can stick those extra charges on you before you can realize the scam and cut your card off, which I had to do to avoid those extra charges. Yeah, me too smart for them to rip me off. There was absolutely no fine print what so ever, just the free trial. Oh yeah, they stick you with the extra Night Time bottle without even asking if you want it or not, just charge you and ship it. I had had a similar experience just like this one.When returning to their email add, trying the free trial button didn't work the day after buying the product so gears went into motion before they could get me again. Now have to sit on my *** waiting on another debit card before I can do any business transactions. Really sucks that someone would stoop so low to sell a product. When it arrived I didn't even want to try them. Feeling taking advantage of also made me think that the product is not what it says it is an is just snake oil. As it says on the bottle, Not FDA Approved so who's to say what the heck is in it! Don't believe the hype. Don't waste your time. There is no such thing as a Free Trial.

Our company is not affliated with Zen Labs, or CBD Pure/Max, *** was given the free trial of BioPure (which is no longer in operation) and never charged for anything other than the shipping. His email to customer service cancelled the order. Although we are unsure why the bad review, we wanted to provide a response.

This isn't my first rodeo.Yes, only charged the shipping. Had I not canceled my card there may have been more. I could not find the ZenLabs web site the next day after purchasing. I could not reconnect with the trial offer. As you say, "it was shut down". Why, is the question. Could it be because of all the other bad reviews they are getting? I didn't find anything positive. Only people that kept saying that they were charged additional charges that they did not authorize. One was out about $400 before realizing what was going on. So if where I left my comment is just a non-affiliation, my bad I apologize. But for why the "bad review", it's the means of making the sale. When you don't mention that it's a regular subscription (at all!) then in my book it's theft. I don't care if you stick it down in some fine print on some distant link, if you are not up front with the customer then you are a thief. If you don't spell it on in plain English then you operate criminally. If you don't operate in this fashion, then you are not included in my remarks. But if you do then this fits!

I have had the same experiance. I never saw anywhere when I ordered the trial sample for 4.95 that I would be charged unless I cancel.. NOT HAPPY AT ALL. It overdrew my account. So now I am 89.31 in the red plus the fee from the bank 30.00. I will be calling them tomorrow. I told the company on the phone that I was reading these reviews and then she decided she talked to her superisor and he agreed to 50% refund. They said I will be getting emails to verify the refund. I wont hold my breath on that either. I havent even opened the bottle nor do I intend to. It is a scam! I will be reporting them. They dont have a start low enough for me to review how I really want to.

My husband purchase the day & night cvs oil, trial size for shipping only. 2 weeks later they withdrew $87 and $89 plus change from our bank account saying he did not cancel in the 14 day time period. Husband says he never saw that. As soon as I saw the withdrawal I called them & spoke to Omar who refused to refund our money even after I told him we are not interested. We are out $180. Horrible customer service and a Company more worried about the $$$ than their product & their customers satisfaction. My husband tried a drop of each 2 days in a row and noticed nothing and was & is willing to return the trial size bottles back. We just want our money back

I don't recall seeing that I'd be charged $87.47 and $89.31 for 2 bottles of biopure products.
On Dec. 20th, 2017 I submitted an order for samples of 2 bottles of biopure cannabinol isolate, one bottle states it's an herbal formula containing 100mg LOT:CBDFXXXXX, and the other bottle states it's a nighttime formula with 15mg of cannabidiol and 5mg of melatonin LOT:CBDFXXXXX. I paid $4.95 for each bottle. I initially went on livingwithpain.org's website and filled out a pain profile and then was redirected to biopure's websote to purchase the trial bottles. No where in the terms and conditions did it state I would be further charged for the sample bottles. And when I called their customer service they stated they do not allow returns or refunds. Today was the 14th day after I purchased the sample bottles. I am 61, disabled, and on a fixed income from social security due to my disabilities.

Desired Outcome

I want a refund of the $87.47, $89.31, and both $4.95 shipping charges and then I will return both unopened bottles of biopure cannabinol isolate.

The link to order this product showed up while I was browsing the internet. I clicked on it, read everything, it sounded legit so I ordered it. I am pretty savvy to the types of gimmicks where they automatically enroll you in future orders so I specifically looked for that and did not see it ANYWHERE. As I was ordering it, a window popped up to ask if I also wanted the night time version, I clicked NO. The order arrived fairly quickly and lo and behold, the night time version was in it too. I could see from the packing slip that I paid only shipping on that one as well, so no big deal. I had no idea that they would then charged my card for those 2 products then within 6 days they charged me $90+ for who knows what. Then they automatically charged my card for the 2 different products again for $92 and $94 respectively within less than a month later. By the time I figured out what happened, they couldn't be found on the internet to call them. Their website has been taken down. All their packaging comes with no return name, just an address, and no phone numbers. I had to get the number from here to call them. I told them that I never agreed to the 2nd shipment and wanted to return the product to get my money back. First they refused, then agreed to refund 50%, then agreed to refund 75% after I screamed and threatened to dispute the charges. Meanwhile, from the time I purchased these products, my credit card started getting hit with weird unauthorized charges from hulu, stackdryer, and other places. The Bio Pure charges came from 2 different names, Novodietfit and Northdiet. This place is a huge scam! Do NOT order it! Meanwhile, I had to dispute the charges, cancel my card and reissue it.

After paying a shipping fee of $4.97 for a "free" bottle of CBD oil, 14 days later I was charged $89.97, which I did not authorize.
On Dec 18, 2017, I ordered a "free" bottle of CBD oil for my father, who had just been diagnosed with inoperable brain cancer. There was absolutely nothing else on the form I filled out. On January 1, 2018, this company charged me $89.97 which I did not authorize in any way, shape, or form. I emailed them & told them to reverse the charge because I had not authorized it. They emailed me back and gave me a story about a 15-day trial period in which I was supposed to have let them know if I liked the oil, or else I would be billed for "a month's worth" of the oil. There was no mention of any of this on the form I filled out. I told them this and that their oil didn't help my dad at all. We buried him Friday Dec. 29, 2017. The hospital and hospice bills are coming in and we cannot afford this. I am on disability fixed income. I told them this, but they only offered to cut the charge in half. I emailed them back and pointed out that they were not even following their own supposed policy of waiting 15 days, since they charged my account on Jan 1, a holiday, 14 days after I ordered the oil. They resubmitted the charge on Jan 3, I guess in order to make it 15 days, but I had notified them by email on Jan 2, that I wanted my money back. They still refuse. The person emailing me only signs their name as being customer support. The email address they use is ***@greensciencecbd.net.

Desired Outcome

I want this company to be stopped from committing their fraudulent scam on desperate patients and their families who are desperate for relief from the pain of chronic disease and cancer. They need to be exposed and closed down. I really, really need them to reverse the charge on my account. My bank said it could take me up to 120 days if I have them attempt resolution, and it "depends on how cooperative" they are. I already know how cooperative they are.

Avoid!!! Was billed from three different companies. Cancelled and disputed. Calls to help desk (had to get number from billing, not on websites!) got price dropped, but never received email verifications or notice of shipping. There are good companies with better products at better prices (Bluebird Botanical). This is low grade if even real CBD.
