Review: On 2 separate occasions (1 week apart), I gave my husbands shirts for LAUNDERING. On both occasions, these cleaners dry cleaned some of the shirts, without my permission, and then charged me for the dry cleaning cost upon pick-up. I am held hostage at that point because the shirts are worth more than the dry cleaning cost. The first time, I had given 8 shirts, 3 of which they decided to dry clean without seeking my approval. The second time, I gave 3 shirts, and they dry cleaned all three. On both occasions they did not notify me prior to dry cleaning nor when I was picking up the clothes. I was only notified when I asked why the charge was so much. This is deceptive practices.Desired Settlement: I'd like a credit card refund (I do not want store credit as I plan to never return here) for the difference in price because I did not authorize the dry cleaning. The posted price for laundering shirts is $1.80, which for 11 shirts comes to $19.80. I have paid a total of $34.93.

I am writing in regards to the complaint received on 7/14/14. I am the owner, but was unfortunately not present at the time this customer came in to the store. There was a misunderstanding between the customer and counter clerk. However, we will take responsibility and pay for the difference. Thank you.
