I got a bottle of CBD oil of shipping. Two weeks later I get charged 94.38 and when I call my statement it says it's from a grocery store.
On 3-13 I found a our purchase on my statement for $94 and $0.38. When I called my statement it informed me that the charge was from a grocery store even though it was from bioscience left
I found charge on my debit card for $94 and $0.38 on 3-13, when I called it told me it was a grocery store,I called my card and they said it was a convince store I reported it and deactivated my card. I called the number on my statement it wasn't working,I called bio science labs and they said that was the price for the bottle when all I had to do was pay shipping,he would not let me speak to a supervisor and refused to send me to a supervisors voicemail.he then told me I can call back and speak to someone else but they wouldn't answer the phone.

Not sure why you sent this to us. We do not sell these products. In fact, we warn people about this scam.
I recently ordered a bottle of cbd oil product from Bio Science Labs. I received a random email from this company offering a 14 day free trial just pay shipping.No where in the ad did it state that I would be billed and was enrolled in a monthly plan to receive this oil.When I tried to cancel the product I was then told I would be billed $28.00 for the remaining free trial bottle that was sent to me for the free trial just pay shipping.This is a very desiptive ad I THINK ITS A RIPOFF

Billing Adjustment rembersiment for the $28.00 I was wrongly billed, and clairfication in their ads.
Customer was never billed for the $28.31, there is nothing to refund. Customer was made aware that if he did not cancel or return the product he would be billed the full price. This is listed on the website and also in the email. When customer did not return the product we offered him a 70% discount to keep the bottle which he agreed to. Customer then proceeded to file a complaint after he had already agreed to take the product at a discount price.
