On 6/27/2020 my family and I were tested for Covid-19. We were assured that our results would be back within 2-3 days. 12 days later still no results
On June 27, 2020 my family and I went and got tested for Covid-19. They assured us that our results would be available within 2-3days. 12 days later and we are still waiting for results. We have emailed and called this company. They sent out a generated email stating due to the increased amounts of testing please give them 7-10 days. It has now been 12 days and we still do not have the information we were promised. No one answers the phone. We went to the *** office and they assured us that our results will be available within 48hours. It is unfair to us. How can a company operate like this?
I would like this company to be investigated. We deserve the right to know what's really going on with our results.

Due to the exponential surge in COVID-19 testing in the State of ***, aggravated by shortage and allocation of reagents, longer than usual wait times have been observed in the delivery of results. These variables are out of our control and we are managing the situation during these times of crisis.
These shortages have not only been observed by the laboratories involved in helping the communities to test as fast as we can but also by other involved health professionals in this great feat. These health First Responders professionals include but are not limited to: Nursing Staff, Health Screeners, the Division of Emergency Management, the ICs, the National Guard and the whole Division of Emergency Preparedness and Community Support of the State of ***. All of these and those countless not mentioned are performing an outstanding job with the available resources.
In regards to this particular claim, I will personally send her an email and closely monitor the testing progress of the samples.
My problem was resolved therefore I would like to withdraw my complaint towards Bio Collections Worldwide Inc.
