Review: I have requested a copy of our agreement, and [redacted] has promised verbally over the phone twice that he would send a copy. First when we signed, and then again over the phone. He constantly lies about procedures and company policies and its hard to get him to comply with any of my request. I have tried in good faith to call and settle my request for a refund and documents that I have requested. It is hard to get a hold of him. He does not return calls. I do have an E-Mail address. I have been having password problems with my E-Mail. For some reason I can send them out, but not receive them. I am in the process of trying to fix that. Review: MY FATHER PASSED ON 12-12-12. I WAS ATTEMPTING TO CRYO PRESERVE HIM. THATS FREEZING A PERSON IN THE HOPES THAT SCIENCE AND TECHONOLOGY CAN REVIVE A PERSON IN THE FUTURE. MY FATHER WAS PICKED ON 12-17-2012. 5 DAYS LATER. BY INDUSTRY STANDARDS, THATS TOO LATE. I HAD AN AUTPSY PERFORMED ON MY DAD. THE DOCTOR SAID ONCE THE TISSUE IS DEAD, THATS IT, ESPECIALLY AFTER FIVE DAYS. I WAS NOT TOLD THIS. THEY SHOULD NOT HAVE TAKEN THE CASE. THEY DID NOT TELL THAT A TIME DELAY WOULD NOT WORK. I WAS TOLD THE FEES ONCE OVER THE PHONE. I DID NOT RECIEVE ANY STATMENTS, FORMS, OR ANY OTHER DOCUMENTS ABOUT FEES OR ANYTHING ELSE TIL SOME TIME LATER (ABOUT 2 1/2 MONTHS). BY THAT TIME I HAD GIVEN A $22,000.00 DOWN PAYMENT. THATS 10 PERCENT OF THE TOTAL COST. I WAS STILL GRIEVING (STILL AM). WHEN THEY DID SEND ME FORMS TO HAVE NOTIRIZED, THEY WERE THE WRONG ONES. THE NOTARY THOUGHT THE COMPANY HAD HIGHLY SUSPICIOUS BUSINESS PRACTICES. I CANNOT FIND A PHISICAL ADDRESS ANYWHERE, EXCEPT THAT ITS IN SAN DIEGO. WHY ARE THEY SECRETIVE. I HAVE SOME PHONE NUMBERS. THAT ISJAJOVO ENTERPRISE, INC. (619)800-0101(B) AND (619)878-2500(FAX). I THOUGHT I WOULD HAVE ENOUGH TIME TO RAISE MONEY. THEY REALLY PRESSURED ME TO GIVE A DOWN PAYMENT. I SHOULD RECIEVE A REFUND. ITS A BIT DECPTIVE. I ENDED UP BURING MY FATHER. NOW ALL OF A SUDDEN THEY WANT ANOTNHER 2,500.00 DOLLARS. THEY TOLD ME THIS ON 05-23-2012. ITS A BIT TOO LATE FOR THAT. WHY DID THEY WAIT?
