Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11993631, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meDear Fresno Revdex.com, I recently filed a complaint against Biovaxine out of Murrieta, CA Reference #I filed in Tucson, AZ, and I believe it was subsequently sent on to your office in Fresno, CA I just wanted to follby letting you know that I received a phone call yesterday from the Biovaxine officeI forgot the woman's name but I did not recognize her voice as one of the phone repsShe seemed to be a manager or supervisorAnyway, she did aopologize(profusely, I might add) for the matter and was sorry that I was so inconvenienced and that it would " never happen again." She did repeat her self and her apology and why it happened to happenShe wanted me to know that Biovaxine is not "a bad company." She said that they would make sure that I got a "full refund" and that it would be going out asapAt least, that's what she stated It has been a big inconvenience and I said that at this point all I was concerned with was getting the refund since I had mailed the shipment back to them alreadyNo further business with them at this point I truly believe that had I not filed a complaint against Biovaxine over this matter, I would not have received that phone call from them that has seemed to turn things in my favor

#11993631. I filed in Tucson, AZ, and I believe it was subsequently sent on to your office in Fresno, CA. I just wanted to follow-up by letting you know that I received a phone call yesterday from the Biovaxine office. I forgot the woman's name but I did not recognize her voice as one of the phone reps.
