I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meIt was my experience that Celtic Property was far more cooperative than [redacted] in this matter and I always found them to be more at faultIt was [redacted] who failed to have someone there when I was there the first timeAnd at least once when they coordinated with CelticI have confirmed that billing for that address has been discontinued since someone else moved in I will never rent another apartment in Kansas City where I have to deal with ***They are extremely inflexible and uncooperative Regards, [redacted]
