contacted Biogenyx Labs for a refund within 30 days of receiving product and was told I would get a refund of $147.00 within 3-10 days.No refund sent
Order#XXXXX on 11/12/2019 for Tinnitus Pro item 172-lifetabs-127 was shipped that same day. I called 877-355-2159 on 12/03/2019 and requested a refund. I spoke with agent *** and they said I would get a $147.00 refund in 3-10 days. The agent gave me this number, RXXXXXXXXXXX to provide my credit card company so they could track my refund. Citibank has no idea what that number is and has no record of any refund being processed. I requested a refund within their 30 day guarantee of the order 11/12/2019 by calling on 12/03/2019.
I would like to get my money back and let other consumers know that this is a poorly run business that is most likely a scam.
In regards to the complaint received by Mr., after searching our systems we do not have any record of an order under the provided name, address, email, or phone number. This leads us to believe they may have contacted the wrong company to dispute. Additionally, please note our company is also not associated with Biogenyx Labs listed here on this complaint. If you have any alternate information we can try searching to pull up an account or have any corrections to the company information to apply please let us know.

Here is a copy of the packing slip that shows the order number.
My wife has severe Tinnitius. This product has many good reviews on its web site, so we decided to try it since nothing else has worked. She took the product for 90 days and there was no improvement. I tried to call the number but was unable to find a number for the company. Fortunately Revdex.com had a listing for the company in Odessa FL (Instead of Englewwood CO which is their return address.) I called several times and was unable to speak to anyone because of long wait times and then got disconnected. I finally got through and spoke to a typical call center employee reading from a script. I told her I had not signed up for a subscription, but was getting monthly shipments and wanted to have them stop. She then kept telling me that it takes at least 60 days to work. I told her 5 different times to stop sending me useless vitamins and stop billing me for them.
If you look at the label, the pills are nothing more than B vitamins, calcium, magnesium and zinc - things that you can get by taking a multivitamin. This is a scam. I'm hoping they will finally stop sending the pills and stop billing me. I have the representatives name and a cancellation number. We shall see. Caveat Emptor!
My husband ordered 3 bottles of their Tinnitus product. He did NOT sign up for any plan to get future orders. A month later Biogenyx Labs tried to charge our credit card for additional products but our credit card company flagged it as a possible fraudulent charge and the charge was declined. We had to cancel that card and get a new one.
Never sent my refund. Multiple calls and emails over the last month.
I was promised a refund of $29.98 on 11/12/19. Saying I would receive the $29.98 within 3-10 working days signed Taja. I never received the refund. Have sent several emails and phone calls to customer support and to date have not received my refund. Customer support@biogenyxlabs Hello ***,

Biogenyx labs pays me the $29.98.
In regards to the complaint received above, we have reviewed the statement made by Mr. with great care. We do not have any account in our system for this customer and are not the company referenced in the complaint (Biogenyx Labs). In addition, the Toll Free Number provided for customer service is not ours as well. It is not worth the time.
This company are refusing to return my purchase of TINNITUS PRO of $69.00, which I ordered initially on 11/18/2019 -

I fell for the scam. I bought a bottle of Tinnitus Pro when I was having a particularly rough time with my tinnitus. I derived ZERO (0) benefit from these pills. I realize tinnitus can be caused by myriad reasons, and maybe someone might possibly be helped by this product (placebo?) but it was a complete waste of money and hope for me. Basically it is a formulation of B1, B2, B5, and B6. So, if you have a Vitamin B deficiency, I suppose it could help in some way, but it didn't touch my tinnitus. Most disturbing is they sent me a second bottle and charged my card without my consent.

Just to let you know, after a few days of retrieving all the information that I could find and disseminate, I finally had my Federal Credit Union do my refund
after filing a transaction dispute against BIOGENYX LABS, just had this all completed today, thanks for all your help and direction with this matter!
CASE CLOSED ON THIS ONE!!!
