Ordered a free trial and never received product.
Paid $5.99 for shipping.
It was ordered on-line. Never received any merchandise.
Now, being charged monthly.
May 11,2018 charged $5.99 by Biogrowth
June 10, 2018 charged $119.97 by Iron Test Site
July 10, 2018 charged $97.00 by Final Loss Site.
Received nothing for above charges.
I never authorized the use of my debit card, nor did I give my number.
Bank has been notified.
Cancelled my debit card.
I sent an email, but it came back as undeliverable.

Needless to say I am very concerned about my credit and believe I was subject to fraud.
I called an 800 number.

He would not disclose his address.

Ordered a trial of CBD oil online. Paid for but never received product.
Ordered a trial of CBD oil online through Facebook advertisement. Payment went through my bank on May 14, 2018. Did not receive by June 14 so called number listed next to the $5.99 charge on my bank statement. A very annoying message plays and is on a back to back continuous loop telling callers to get immediate assistance go to online chat.After 20 minutes a person answered and said she would email me my tracking information and I would receive it in 24-48 hours. Did not confirm my email but said it was in the system. Never received an email. One week later called again to get the chat info and went online to that. Message said the chat room was not available at that time. Tried the next day at a different time of day and chat was not available. Clicked on contact us and sent an email message and never received a response.
I would like my $5.99 refunded as I never received the product.
What I ordered was a trial offer of herbal oil 30ML & herbal cream in a jar for $4.99. They sent me this plus a bottle of 30 capsules of an herbal supplement which I did not request, authorize or use. I returned the bottle of 30 capsules, sealed. They auto-ship a 3 month supply for $119.97, which I never received. There was a charge to my credit card on 5/8 & 5/24 for $119.97 each time. I disputed this w/ my bank. US Bank credited me 2x but Biogrowth recharged that amount 2x. I have copies of e-mails sent; called multiple times & attempted chatsupport101.com (connective issues, not able to access this). I requested the bank to block them for charging my CC again. They use deceptive business practices, lied to my bank about me not contacting them & stated that a credit was made when I had my CC statement on line in front of me. They have multiple PO Box addresses & ph#'s. 866) 919-8727 (24hr#); 866)916-8022. There have been similar customer complaints found on chatsupport101.com. Returned the product to: PO box 23793, St. Petersburg, FL 33742since this was on the terms & conditions sheet. This needs to stop!!!

Asking for 2 charges of $119.97 for a 3 months supply x2 for a product I did not order, did not receive (except the 1 bottle sent), did not authorize or consent.
