I had came in for my 7th visit on the promotion. This would have been my $100 visit. This center seems to never be able to stick me. It seems as if they don't know how to stick a person of color. They stuck me and my arm immediately started swelling after about 10 mins it was the size of a balloon. They then tried my other arm which never works well because my veins are small on that side. Every other time this has happened I still receive my compensation. I go out to the car just to check my balance. 0.00 then went back in they loaded 20 dollars when the worker even said oh this is your 100 dollar donation. Then goes on to tell me there's nothing they can do. This donation was how I was going to keep my lights on. They didn't care told me to try to come back on Tuesday. Then I get on my app to schedule my appointment just to find out I can't make an appointment. No explanation. Nothing. I should of received my full compensation.
