Hi [redacted] ,I apologize for the delay, here is our response:BioLife Plasma Services, LP (“BioLife”) values all plasma donors and prides itself on great customer service BioLife has completed its review of this complaint It was determined that this customer was not eligible for the $referral coupon (Buddy Bonus), due to his status as a new donor on the same day that his referral was also a new donor Per the Buddy Bonus disclaimer, the referrer must have donated within the past months prior to submitting a referral As such, a new donor cannot refer others on the day they are themselves a new donor However, in an effort to offer a great customer experience, BioLife has decided to pay this customer the disputed amount of $ It is currently available to him on his debit card BioLife has made efforts to contact this customer but has been unsuccessful BioLife appreciates this opportunity to review this issue and come to a positive resolution.Thanks so much, [redacted]

$100 referral coupon (Buddy Bonus), due to his status as a new donor on the same day that his referral was also a new donor.  Per the Buddy Bonus disclaimer, the referrer must have donated within the past 6 months prior to submitting a referral.   As such, a new donor cannot refer others on the day they are themselves a new donor.  However, in an effort to offer a great customer experience, BioLife has decided to pay this customer the disputed amount of $100.  It is currently available to him on his debit card.  BioLife has made efforts to contact this customer but has been unsuccessful.  BioLife appreciates this opportunity to review this issue and come to a positive resolution.Thanks so much,[redacted]
