Clearly post your policies instead of always being "sorry"....
I cannot tell you how much run around me and my husband have had with this company. After mulitple times of trying to get approved, we are both incredibly healthy, it took 3 new donor set ups to finally approve us because their system would go down, or I didnt eat and they never said I had to come fed before I donated, or my husband mentioned he snored so they made him get a doctors note before the would allow him to donate!? Do they want to save peoples lives or what!? After we finally were approved, they make things up as they go. I was deferred for a month because one of their staff members messed up, didnt report a messed up return and she bruised me and didnt follow protocol having me walk out without icing or taking fluids. so I WAS PUNISHED for a month. and all I got was, why didnt YOU do something about it at home. Why did YOU take care of your bruise. I told them that the employee didnt follow procedure and should be fired. They said they didnt know who it was so they couldnt do anything. which is a lie, they scan in their name on every bag. I have also been denied to donate because, a rule I have never been told before, was I came in and forgot my head phones so after waiting in line, I ran out to my car and grabbed my headphones, they told me I could not longer donate and kicked me out. What kind of business is this! POST YOUR POLICIES . If I would have known I would not have run out to grab them...if Id known so many things I would have brought them to your attention or done things differently. You need to be MORE TRANSPARENT with policy WITHIN you facility! THESE are peoples bodies and time!

Very sad and a waste of time....no repsect for others time!
I scheduled a new donor appointment and read all the information prior to my appointment. It states no where you have to eat within 3 hours of your appointment nor does it state anywhere that if you have type 1 diabetes that it defers you from donating. I drive 45 min to my appointment with an arrival of 6am prior to my work which starts at 8am because it says your first appoint will take 2 hours. First I walked in and she asked when I ate last and I said at 7pm the night before. She said I needed to leave and get food and rescheduled my appointment for 6:30am. Before I left to eat she said it will take 3 hours when you come back for the completion process. Thus far, they lied on there site about the actual time it takes for an appointment and then there was nothing that stated I needed to eat prior to my appointment. Upon my return I registered, tested blood pressure, finger poke, had the exam of my arms, answered all the medical questions on the computer. When I was brought back for the medical exam 1 1/2 hours later they asked what prescription medications I took and when I said insulin she said I'm sorry this defers you from donating. My suggestion is to let people who are interested in helping make lives better by donating, the real true and clear cut expectations of the truths, quit wasting peoples lives. All lives are important and so is their time. Just because others may have abused your process doesn't mean you have to punish everyone! One star is highlighted because I had too...….

Review: so heard an advertisement on irie jam radio. about something call big life. so I call them about it, they tell me it will be free . so I only of to pay shipment and handing.

I gave them my credit card# . after waiting more than two weeks, I call them they told me I will get it soon. on the very same day I call them I heard them asking question

about some plant I know , and if you can tell the answer you will win bio life product, so I got the answer right, next I hear them say I will pay haft price for it which I thought

was $200 so I say yes, next day some other lady else were call me to confirm my order, and it was 299$ I said no, it should be $200. so I said to the lady that its costing too much,, not in my buget, I told her to cancel . instead she call the person I order from and have them call me I explain I dont want it anymore . cause its too much.

so them been calling all day try to let me take it, I had to turn my phone off, so my credit card was charge $69.99 FOR THE FIRST THING THEY TOLD ME THEY WAS GOING TO SEND ME, WHICH NEVER HAPPEN, so I call them so many times and as soon as I tell about my problem they put me on hold forever.. I would like the big life or my money back. please help .
