We purchased and sent back for repair an instrument we

purchased from the party below and have not had the instrument returned back to us. Here are some facts.

Sent back for repair (digital read out quit working) on 6-11-12

Warranty – one year for parts and 6 months for labor

Return Authorization Number – 20120611-1 (This is the number they gave me to return the instrument and also tracks the process of repair)

We spoke with them on 8-1-12 and were told that the technician that had been working on the instrument was off due to a medical reason and that they would get it repaired and send it back to us. We have called

several times since then and left a voice mail for them to call us back but we get no answer or a return call. I e-mailed them via their

web page and again no response.

We would appreciate your help.Desired Settlement: Finish the repair and send the instrument back to us.
