Sharing an experience with in dealing with Biometrix. I have been around this business a while and dealt with the CEO of Biometrix and they never live up to what they claim. It is a lot of hype with no results, close to a scam but they definitely will walk you through the process to make you feel that this is something you absolutely need.

They lie to you for the sake of filling up studiesThey don't care for you as a person, or what products you would use and preferWhen you ask what studies they have, they'll just lie and tell you whichever study they have trouble filling rather than let you pick a study that would suit you the bestThey treat you like a number*** is rude in person and on the phoneHe lies about what studies are available, in the hope of filling up whatever study he's recruiting forThey seem to have a high turnover, hiring rude young people for minimum wageThe employees quickly leave for better pasturesTheir Ocean location is bare bonesIt seems like they no longer do the downtown hotel locations, which are far more convenient for most people to get toThey often don't respond to emails or calls about studies, even after you follow up a couple of timesThis business is very poorly runThis company likes saving money at the expense of providing good service to their testers - the heart of their businessThey only provide $for referring friends who complete a studyTheir business practices are shoddy, rude, and bottom-line-orientedThey've recently lowered payment for a 2-week study all the way down to $But the worst aspect is that *** and the other employees are rude, dishonest people who lie to fill up studiesThis lack of courtesy and integrity is unacceptableI will only test for market research companies who treat all their testers with respect, promptness, and honesty
