I decline the offer from Mr. [redacted] and Bionic Auto Parts due to clarification of, "We will help [redacted] find another engine at not cost." A key component of the engine, the Ignition Coil Pack was missing during purchase and not disclosed by Bionic Auto Parts as not coming with the engine and when notified that the part was missing the sales agent [redacted] told me he would either find it or help me get one and that was additional cost out of my pocket due to information not being shared by Bionic Auto Parts to myself. I request that [redacted] Bionic Auto Parts please clarify he's statement of, "Not Cost." Does this mean he will replace the BAD engine with a GOOD engine at NO COST? Furthermore I ACCEPT the portion of the offer that states I will return the BAD engine at my cost.

Ignition coil would be a separate part not part of the engine you should have the original one from your vehicle ,if not you should of told salesman at the time of purchase and he might be able to help you it sounds as if you wanted something extra but did not make a purchase at the time of purchase of the engine .We really want to help you get your car back on the road and we are willing to replace the purchased engine that was out of warrant .again we are not covering any labor or shipping unless you purchased extra coverage for that at the time of purchase.please act quickly before the replacement engine is sold to some one else.let ** know
