The information provided by *** *** is incorrectWe told her that the check was cut 9/11/but mail had already come so it physically went out in the mail on 9/12/On 9/15/we contacted her to let her know again that the check had gone out on 9/12/The allegation of the check not being cut until 9/15/is information and was never stated to the customer

The company e-mailed me 9/11. I was told that there was a "misunderstanding regarding the refund." Don't know how that happened as I e-mail 5 times asking about the refund. I was told then that check would be mailed 9/11. Then told it was mailed 9/12. Now am told it was cut 9/15. I will close the case when I get the check in hand.
