employee refused to provide manager's name and constantly hanging up the phone on me, after inform him on my car repair issue.
on july 1st 2020 my vehicle was serviced by the company, right after they changed my brakes and rotor when driving home there was a little squeaking. my neighbour told me sometimes you have to drive a while for the sqeaking to stop.. so I waited , but after 30 days still sqeaks and it is becoming more often. I was not able to go back to the mechanic so I send my boyfriend with the car to the mechanic to find out why is it still squeaking on 8.28.2020. He then told my Boyfriend that because the brakes are "cheap" brakes that is why it sqeaks. I then said that does not make sense. I then called the shop myself to speak with someone and the person that aswered the phone was rude and very disrespectful. he repeated the same thing to me saying the brakes I purchased was cheap that is why it is squeaking, I told him all the years I have been buying and getting my brakes changed this has never happened before. while I was explaining to him he was cutting me off and so I asked him if they greased the brakes and he then said.. no they don't do that... so I said that does not make sense and then he hung up on me. I called back and asked for the name of the manager or whoever is in charge and he refused to provide a name, bu tinstead told me the manager will be there on saturday, because he refused I then told him that I will go to the shop with the police officers, but then he hung up again... the 3rd time calling he did not pick up the phone. so I had to call the gas station number which the mechanic shop is attached to and speak with someone who provided me the name of the manager who RALPH.
