Biorexin

I received 2 bottles of Biorexin in the mail. I have no records, no email confirmation, or an other correspondence that states I ordered these products. I called customer support which was listed on the shipping label. I explained the above scenario. They claimed I had ordered these products in June and my credit card was being charged on a recurrent monthly charge of $90+. I explained multiple times that I had no record of ordering these products. The customer service email exchange between myself and this company along with eventual phone conversations totally ignored the fact that there was NO correspondence between myself nor them regarding having ordered this product at any point. They continued to insist that I had ordered a trial of these pills with the understanding that once the trial ended I would be ***ed monthly at full-purchase price for their product. I informed them that I never received any trial bottles nor any type of correspondence that said I had ordered these pills. This dispute went on for hours either by email or phone. Finally, via recorded phone conversation with their customer support, the gentleman said the trial samples had been delayed(NEVER GOT) and I should have known to have called and cancelled. At this point I'm getting very frustrated. They are claiming I ordered these pills, but no correspondence or sales receipt exist, then they claim I'm responsible for charges b/c the trial expired, a trial for pills I neither ordered or received, then to top off the ignorance, they claim I was responsible for all charges b/c I did not contact them before the expiration of the trial, even though they claimed the trail pill bottles had been delayed. Again, I have had zero correspondence with this company until today. I told them it seemed like a shady way to do business. They they offered me $100. That was progress, but they had charged my card $180+, so still I'm going to be out $80. He asked if I would accept these terms. I said I would, but I would be filing a complaint
