I purchases a sample product Free only pay shipping. $13.95 for 2 bottles.
It took almost 2 weeks to even get the one product they count when you call in so there is no chance to cancel. I never got the second bottle and I was billed $85 dollars even before trying this out. They sales lady said only $69 and only after trying. You cant try what you don't have. I call 3 times and told them I didn't get it I was told they would look into it. They never did and the charged me $85! I called it. back and ask them for a refund as I didn't have the product and didn't even get to
try it. The women on the phone laugh and hung up> I told them I was filling a complaint. I don't want anyone else rip off by this company. This is not a way to do business.

I received a shipment of two bottles of diet pills in the mail that I did not order and never heard of. One is called Biorganic Keto, the other is called Biorgainc Forskolin Extract. There is no return address on the package and the company listed is "Biorganic Dietary Supplements" in Largo, FL 33773. The label says "Please see packing slip for return address information.", and there is no return address information on the "Packing Slip". It included a phone number: 1-833-623-6692, which I called. After a lengthy waiting time, a woman who called herself, "Anita" and would not give me her last name, told me that I signed up for a 14 day trial and agreed to the "terms and conditions" of the trial. This scam apparently sends you a bottle of each of the above named products at a price of $74.92 for one, and $84.92 for the other every 14 or 30 days. I do not know what price goes with each product. I have never heard of this product, nor did I place this order or sign up for a 14 day trial with recurring shipments and charges. "Anita" tried to offer me a discount of $20 on the product I received which I refused. She then tried to offer me a discount of $40 and then $60. I refused both. She then said she would agree to charge me a restocking fee of $19.95 "as a courtesy". I told her I did not agree to a trial and did not order this product, but she would not refund my money, even after I offered to ship the product back to her. She told me the website was biorganicketo.com which I just looked up and it is in fact a site where this product can be ordered. I told her to send me proof that I ordered this product, and she told me my email address was a yahoo account that I have never heard of. I got off the call and called my bank who said they are going to investigate for me and canceled my card to ensure no further charges, or other fraudulent charges will be incurred. The bottles do not include an address, but say, "Distributed by Biorganic Dietary Supplements, 833-623-6692, [email protected].
