Review: 1. Placed order via company's website ([redacted]) at 8:17am, Wednesday 5/**/14. (Copies of order confirmation and website pages are attached.)2. Order was posted by company to American Express on 5/**/15.3. Item received Saturday, 5/**/14. No prior shipping information or tracking information provided. No instructions were provided with the product to advise how much one should use, how often, and health dangers, etc. etc.4. Monday 5/**/14 my septic problems were solved by replacement of the old system. Their product states it is for systems older than ten years. My system is now new, hence the products usability questionable.5. Called company at 8:00am Wednesday 5/**/21 to request return authorization since I no longer need the product. Product still unopened in original sealed container. This is where the problems and total lack of customer service or support began as follows:The person who answered the phone told me, they would not accept the product for return or credit. I said that I would authorize AMX to pay the shipping charges plus a reasonable re-stocking fee. Again, I was told they would not accept the product for return and asked, if I had ordered the product on line. I said, Yes. Their agent then asked if I read the return policy and I said I didn't know, since I initially had not planned to return anything. He said that the product was special order and the policy stated it could not be returned. He went into some explanation of how the product had to be re-tested, was formulated especially for the order, etc. I told him it was unopened, still factory sealed, I did not need it, and that I WOULD be returning it. He threatened then that if I tried to cram this back down their throats they would report me to the credit bureau, sick a collection agency on me, etc. Hence, their BIO-112 product, regardless of promises, leave customer with no recourse if it is worthless or fails in any way. You buy at your own risk and peril.Desired Settlement: I fear there is no settlement with these people. They are rude, refused the product when it was returned, and threatened me when I called to request a return. Their product offers no guarantee or support if it does not meet any of their promises of performance. This is a buyer beware product, with zero return policy, which is not stated anywhere in their advertising or product promotion.
