Review: Company is not providing itemized statements showing payments by me and the insurance company. Billing dept no help.

I have not received an itemized invoice from this company since the beginning of the year. I receive services every 4 weeks, but the billing department only has me down for two services this year. I do not receive itemized statements showing my payments and payments made by the insurance company. I do not know what is being billed to the insurance company, but the price being billed to insurance company increased to about 7x what I was paying last year. I have made at least 6 phone calls trying to get this information, and the people answering the phone say "I can't help you, I'm just the operator", and none of the people in billing I have left messages for return my calls.Desired Settlement: I want to know the true cost of services and received itemized invoices for hte past two years. It seems hey are overbilling my insurance company and me, but since I do not have any itemized statements, I do not know what has been paid on my behalf, nor what is owed by me. I also know that the price of the medicine I receive from this organization should not exceed $2000, so I need to find another provider ASAP if it suddenly costs over $12000 from this provider.
