I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find the resolution is satisfactory to me

I am sorry that I did not respond to your email regarding this complaint before your deadlineI did receive from BioScrip a call of apology and an Account Summary showing that they have credited my account for the $payment, and that I have a zero balanceI have also received a letter from the collection agent (*** *** ***) stating that they have closed my accountBioScrip responded to my complaint to the Revdex.com in a timely manner and I am satisfied with the resolution.I cannot thank you enough for your help with this.Sincerely,*** ** ***

Thank you providing an opportunity to review and respond to the customer's concern. I had Kim from our billing department review the details and we found that the customer received the collection notice in error. The account is paid in fullKim is reaching out to the customer to
advise. Additionally, a notification was sent to the collection agency to cancel the collection account. The collection agency will be sending a letter indicating the collection account has been closed. Further, Kim is having a billing statement from BioScrip sent to show that the account balance is $0. Kim confirmed that no collection activity was reported to any collection agency. On 3/9/17, Kim left a voicemail message with the customer, asking her to call her back to review what has occurred, the account balance, and the documents being mailed to her. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to research and resolve the concerns provided by Mrs. [redacted].  I escalated the complaint to the local pharmacy branch manager and billing representative.  The branch manager, Hunter Barden, authorized a waiver of the outstanding charges on Mrs....

[redacted]s account.  Additionally, he will be responding to her supply concerns in writing.  We believe that this resolves Mrs. [redacted]s concerns.  If there is any further help I can be, or any more information that is needed, please let me know.
