compile a complete and factual replyAfter thorough research, we have the following information and response to the complaintThe consumer in this complaint entered their information on a website that offered quotes for auto insurance on 4/22/On that website the following was stated:(refer to policy on the attachment)Therefore, the consumer agreed to be called for the purpose of receiving an auto insurance quoteAlso per the FTC Do Not Call Registry rules, "if a consumer makes an inquiry or submits an application to a company, the company can call for three months” The company that the consumer requested an insurance quote from called the consumer and transferred him to our agency after ?rst con?rming with him that he did wish to receive a quote for auto insurance.epiQ takes consumer privacy very seriouslyWe make every effort to comply with the FTC and NDNCR, as well as to screen our data and ful?ll all consumer requests to be opted out of future contactThe contact information we currently have on ?le for the customer named in this complaint has been flagged in both our system as well as the systems of all our upstream and downstream partners to ensure the consumer is opted out of any future communication via email, phone or mail from our company.Please let me know if you have any further questions about this complaintI can be reached at ***Sincerely,Kate B***COO/CMAepiQ Agency
