I am rejecting this response because:As your website says I basically have hours to cancel or I will be charged will my emails say that I canceled on the 9th and was charged later on the 9th. I still want the refund!

September 9, Per the terms and conditions Mr*** digitally signed in order to receive our service, we clearly state that we do not issue refunds of any kind and we also mentioned that you must cancel PRIOR to the renewal dateHe accepted these terms and conditions by signing themAll in all, we made sure he was not charged again and we will uphold the agreement we have with him as a refund will not be issued
