Review: I called then for bed bugs the contract states 100% guarantee for one year. They came 2x to treat the bug and we still have bugs. I called several time for the company to come and treat my house again. They take my name and number and no one calls back. The owner is ver rude and unprofessional. The contract guarantee no more bed bugs and also states they will treat the bed bug problem. Guess what we still have this bed bug problem I also paid $995.00 for what to still have bed bugs. Chemical they use is just waterDesired Settlement: I will like a full refund or they come out and treat the bugs again. This time with heat and stronger solution
