To whom it may concern,Mrs*** *** purchased our $package (plus tax) back in December 12, This package is sold for $with a single video and photo session, but she negotiated with her videographer a $discount and a second photoshoot sessionThat is why we took that many
pictures.This package consists of a professional 2-minute movie of mom’s birth experience at the hospital, plus to photos of the event (that would have costed her between $1,and $3,if she had hired a professional videographer and editing team).Our videographer spent over an hour in at labor and delivery plus another half hour at post- partum filming over videos to produce her movie plus photos.Within days after discharge, we uploaded into her password-protected private page in our website, a breathtaking 2-minute movie, together with nearly pictures She called our videographer several times, insisting she wanted all her photos, something we don’t usually do, because we eliminate those that are repetitive or don’t have the right angle, emotion and lighting.Given her continued insistence, our videographer, opted (against our policy), to upload all the photos she took.The mom then called saying many were repetitive and that one of the pictures had the wrong babyWe examined all her pictures closely, and it was very difficult to identify any wrong baby, since most babies look very much alike when they are born, and sometimes the baby may look very different depending on the lighting, angle and lens.Nevertheless, we proceeded to take out the one picture that had a very different lighting and looked yellowish, and could possibly seem like a different baby(we don’t usually argue with moms, because we trust they know their babies better than anyone else).We have filmed and produced over 125,breathtaking movies, at the top hospitals in Houston, Austin and San Antonio, and we believe her movie meets our standardsUnfortunately, we cannot share the movie or photos with you to prove it, because they are very private and personalOnly she can do it Although we pride ourselves of our professionalism, quality and service, we recognize that we will never be able to fully please every customer, and therefore we would like to extend our apology to *** for not living up to her expectations.However, we are confident that we have delivered beyond our commitment, below our price, or that of any of our competitors.Sincerely*** ***

*** *** picture prints were damaged during shipment and were returned to Biovideo.On August we sent her an email explaining the situation and requesting her to please reselect themOn August she completed the re-selectionOn August they were shipped to her home

To whom it may concern,We are currently in the process of upgrading our website and client portals which has caused a bit of a technical hiccup in operations for the past few weeks, and unfortunately some customer service calls fell through the cracks We have finally gotten most of the bugs

I am rejecting this response because: I'm sorry but last time I checked I do know what my daughter looks like and I know what my husband looks like too and you can clearly see in the pictures that there is no tattoos on their neck which my husband does have and that was a C-section photos which I had natural and 3rd &4th pictures are  examples of what my daughter and husband look like.  I have not received 260 something picture or even close  frankly I haven't  even received 20 pictures they're duplicates over and over and over
