We did receive the order from *** *** on 04/27/@7:P.M and due to lot of delivery orders we did confirmed the delivery around 8:P.MMy driver went to the address specified around 8:P.M and tried to call the customer multiple timesShe didn't answer the callsMy driver waited
for about minsI had to send him for further delivery orders and they are also getting delayed due to thisMeanwhile the same customer called to restaurant from a different phone noand was asking status of the order. My staff didn't realized the phone noshe called from and the noshe specified on the online order are differentWe did mention to her what happened and was ready to send the order againShe was *** and was using abuse language and threating the staff that she will complaint and will look to bottom of this.
