Dear, MrsF* We apologize for the delay in your request for a copy of your warrantyWe did send out your Original copy in December under the name Jen K***Centurion did get your messages last week but no phone number was left to return your calls and due to the name
change we unable to find your information in our systemThe fee to transfers warranties to new owner is $per appliance with a letter from the original owner (you) transferring to new ownersUnfortunately we do not offer electronic transfer options so it does need to be mailed to the P.OBox. We contract with local servicers so we have to abide by their schedulingWe have sent you an emailed copy of your warranty and also attached a copy to this response Sincerely, Autumn Y***

We did transfer [redacted] warranty on 06/05/17 from the original owner to her, at that time we also put her warranty in our system to be reprinted with her name on the contract. We did reprint and send out her warranty on 08/02/17 to the address of [redacted] **...
[redacted]. She is also scheduled for service through one of our contracted servicers.
