We moved in November 22, 2019 on a promo (no deposit and money off.) Since day one their management has been TERRIBLE. Our apartment was not ready appliances broken, missing and damaged, no gas for almost 2 weeks and most importantly it was INFESTED with roaches. It was to the point where we couldn't bring anything in the house nor sleep comfortably. We complained multiple times and got ignored. We gave them list after lists and they'll come do 1 or 2 out of 15-20 at most then we won't here or see them again until we go BACK up to the office to complain about he same this. The only reason the bugs are gone is because of our OCD from bombing twice a week. Their communication is terrible well put in a request and won't hear from them about that request until we follow back up with them. It is now 2/14/20 and we STILL Have things broken in our home from a list they've had since November, yet we have to pay bills on time but can't even get what we literally pay for .

Finish the job We just want to have an understanding with them and a better communication literally sick of hearing 'we're working on it? or 'we've ordered your supplies it'll be in soon? then never comes. PROFESSIONAL Workers doing their job when they are supposed to and not half doing the work, as in doing a piece now then the rest in a month.

The investigation into the concerns raise by Ms. on February 14, 2020 are now completed.
We have completed the following items Ms. had brought to our attention
1. Bedroom door does not lock
2. Front Door needs weather strip
3. Patio Door missing 5 slats
4. Treated apartment for Bugs
5. Repair peep hole on Front door
6. Socket not working in Guest Bedroom
7. Light Hot water heater Pilot
8. Remove items from Balcony
9. Seal gaps around floor
10. Replace light bulb in refrigerator
11. Repair hole resident caused in hallway
I have spoken to Ms. and she acknowledges repairs of all items.

Tracy took matters into her own hands as they were instantly done that week. Still have to work on communicating better but we are finally satisfied!
