Their shipping and customer service are terribleI've had several boxes lost in the mail because their tracking numbers don't workCustomer service is very rude and has no interest in working with people for solutionsThey will continue to charge for boxes that don't arriveI cancelled after months and receiving boxesI agree with the other reviewer that once they have your money they don't care what happens

[redacted] purchased our monthly rebillable subscription on March ***We then processed a March box which shipped on March [redacted] to the shipping address she entered on her orderHowever, the zip code she entered was not correct and USPS was not able to deliver this package *** contacted us on April ***regarding her missing boxShe advised that her zip code had been entered incorrectly and we replied back to confirm her addressOnce we received the confirmation, we sent her an email advising that we had placed a request to have her box reshippedHowever, we were unable to fulfill this requestBecause of this, we added a $credit to her account and set her up to receive her May box on usThe credit was added to her account on April [redacted] and the box compensation was added on April *** [redacted] emailed us again today, April **, to advise that she had not received her March replacement box and that she would be contacting the Revdex.com as wellMoments ago, I see that we sent a reply to her email detailing the situation and requesting that she contact us back to confirm whether she would like a refund or alternative compensationAs soon as we hear back from her, we will be proceeding as requested

[redacted] purchased a rebillable yearly subscription on November***, Per our FAQ;"All annual subscriptions automatically renew at the end of every 12-month period so that you'll never miss a box (except gift subscriptions—see next question)We'll remind you via email when the auto-renew is about to happenYearly subscribers may choose to opt out of auto-renewal by clicking the 'Opt Out of Auto Renewal' link under 'Account Settings'This link is available during the final month of your annual subscription."Because she did not opt out of the automatic renewal before November***, we assumed that she did not want to cancel her subscriptionWe attempted to charge her card for renewal on November***However, this charge did not go throughSince we did not receive any notification from her requesting that the subscription be canceled, we attempted a second charge on 11/*, and a final charge on 11/**The charge on 11/ [redacted] was processed successfully.On 11/**, [redacted] contacted us via email to advise that she would like to cancel her subscription and receive a refundShe then called the office earlier this morning [redacted] canceled [redacted] 's account and issue a full refund for the yearly rebillable subscription charge

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: 1) Even though they do have the right to cancel the order, they do not notify me at the time of cancellation If I did not contact them asking about the order(on Jan.*, 2016), I would never know what had happened They never contact me2) My credit card was charged If the order is cancelled in a suitable way, my credit card should not be charged In addition, it is not suitable to give a customer a refund after more than a month of an order -- especially when the customer contact them I think I have the right to ask them for certain compensation At least, they offer me very poor customer service 3) As a customer, I didn't know anything about what happened for more than a month They waste my time by charging me the amount of fee Besides, I also do not know why they cancel my order I need a fair explanation Order cancellation usually happens when a customer is on a blacklist I never had a record of malicious online shopping behavior I am wondering under what situation did they cancel my order? I need an explanation! Overall, I think providing me the so-called "full-refund" at the current stage is not a suitable answer I do not accept it A full refund should be given right after they cancel the order and with an on-time notification If the late full refund is the only answer they can give, I will share my experience on social media I think the public will help me judge their behavior That would be my bottom lineAnyway, I would thank Revdex.com for helping me contact the retailer and trying to give me a fair judgment In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted] ***

We received an email from [redacted] on September ***, and Charity was able to provide a solution for her directlyWhile our monthly and yearly subscriptions are both automatically rebillable, our gift subscriptions are notWe state on our T&C that; "For multiple month subscriptions (3, 6, & months), your subscription will not be renewed after your then-current term expires." This refers only to our gift subscriptions and not to our monthly or yearly rebillable subscriptionsWe further detail our policies in our FAQ where we advise that; "All annual subscriptions automatically renew at the end of every 12-month period so that you'll never miss a box (except gift subscriptions—see next question)We'll remind you via email when the auto-renew is about to happenYearly subscribers may choose to opt out of auto-renewal by clicking the 'Opt Out of Auto Renewal' link under 'Account Settings'This link is available during the final month of your annual subscription." That said, we understand the confusion caused by the wording in our T&CWe explained this to [redacted] and we've also passed along her feedback to our legal team for further review Finally, Charity canceled ***'s subscription as she had requested and issued a full refund on behalf of the confusion

received two shipments at our home from this company....two names of people unknown...with our current street address......we returned via post office but speaks to fraudulent issues where did they get our address????......how did they get it????? emailed however their response was "oh, I guess we entered an incorrect address"???...WHAT???.....very curious, and frightening
