I placed an order on their websit and immediately requested to cancel because it was incorrectThey are refusing to refund me I placed an order and within minutes requested to cancel itI then recieved an email the next morning stating that they confirmed with production that the order could be canceledThen days later when I confirmed my refund was being price I was told that my paper was almost finished being printed and they could only issue a store creditThe companies miscommunication is not something I should be penalized forAlso they advertise free returns all over their website and hide the fact that it's really only a store credit which is deceptive marketingLastly this company doesn't even have a working phone number so you can't get anyone on the phone to speak with youI have asked multiple times to be refunded and they are still refusing to do so although I canceled prior to my item being printed or shippedCompanies like this should not be allowed to remain

After using their product with horrible consequences, I asked for a refundI provided pictures of their Peel and Stick "removable" wallpaper that they "guarantee" to be able to remove timesNeedless to say, I ordered additional product a few months after the initial installationImagine my surprise when the paper, attached itself to the paint on my walls and removed the entire layerI contacted them to ask for a refund and to return the product I just orderedThey were not in the least bit apologetic instead blamed me for either not following directions or not wiping the walls, or not allowing my walls to cure that had been painted earlier in the yearStay far away, do not purchase anything from them, as they are a lousy company with horrible customer service

Walls Need Love has terrible customer service I purchased a sample but the wrong item was sent to me I emailed them twice and tried to call once (but the mailbox was full) and have yet to receive any response Absolutely the worst

Refuse to Refund despite "100% Hassle Free Refund Policy" Accidentally ordered wallpaper samples instead of rolls of wallpaper Shouldn't be a problem to a refund, right? Ferrada Services performed interior carpet cleaning at my home on 11/22/When arriving at my home they blocked in the cars at my driveway and my girlfriend was attempting leave so asked them to please move their van before they startedThe operator of the van seemed very disgruntled in having to move their van but honored the requestI informed Ferrada Services before they started that I have small dogs who have been having accident on the carpet and that was the reason for my callServices were performed and after the carpets were dry I used a blacklight to see if the pet stains and urine were removed and much to surprise I could easily see where stains were still present and could see the carpet cleaning marks on the carpet and areas that were skipped overI have previously used a local carpet cleaning service and afterwards none of the stains would be presentI contacted Ferrada Services after Thanksgiving as per their [redacted] flyer they offer a day service guarantee b

I made a purchase on 02/05/for [redacted] for a wallThe total was $ ' According to the Post Office it was delivered, unfortunately I didn't receive itI called and emailed the companyToday a lady called me back from a [redacted] number and I was told that since they didn't get the product back they would not refund or replace

I paid $for a wallpaper sample that looks nothing like the image they've postedI sent a photo and they agreed it doesn't match, but are requiring me to mail it back before they'll refund my moneyWhy not put your energy into posting photos that actually match the product?

Walls Need Love sent us defective material and will not refund us We are a large painting contractor in the [redacted] We ordered roughly $1,USD of wallcovering from the Walls Need Love website to install on a project we were awarded here in [redacted] The material is a custom graphic with a large repeat that must be matched perfectly When we received the material we sent it to the site for install and our installers were not able to install because the wallcovering was defective The pattern does not match properly and no matter what we do the material does not match from one panel to the nextWe have extensive experience with all types of wallpapers and there is nothing we can not install We contacted the company numerous times about this issue and they are offering store credit If a company ships defective material we should be entitled to a full refund Walls Need Love has left a bad taste in the designers mouth and they are unlikely to be specified ever ag

The customer service is terribleI ordered a tapestry, only to realize that I didn't use a 15% off codeI immediately e-mailed them asking for a cancellation so that I could get something else with the saved money, but they failed to do soI received it in the mail despite asking well within the amounted time for a cancellationI will never buy from this company because of this interactionI am a patient person and almost never file complaints, but this is beyond unprofessional

My experience with Walls Need Love is similar to the other reviews/complaints submitted hereCustomer service only responds when they feel like itWhen I have requested help on specific issues, I have been ignoredThe 877- number was down yesterday, with a full voicemail today, so there is no way to leave a messageIn tracking my initial shipment of wall paper, it shows received, but the receiver has not seen itAfter reading reviews here and many others on Houzz, this is a common problem for customers (both not receiving product and not being able to reach customer service for help)I will not work with Walls Need Love again and will make sure to spread the word about their negligence and shady practices

No response from email addresses, phones not in service, mulitple emails in April Rolls of wallpaper delivered on May 8, on order# ***Product guaranteed to not damage wallsWe recently moved and pulling the wallpaper damaged the drywall to the point where we had to leave it behind in old houseWe paid over $for the wallpaperSent a complaint email on April 18, It went unanswered until June 19, after email attempts and multiple callsFinally answered by a "Denise" (via phone) on June 19thShe said she would get my complaint to customer serviceIt is now July 24th and I have sent an additional unanswered emails and multiple phone calls to a phone number that is not in serviceI want my money back and someone there appears to be purposefully evading meThey have sent numerous marketing materials over the last few months so we know they are up and running and receiving our emails Emails (sent emails to all) [redacted]
