Birchwood Services called [redacted], the local power company, upon being notified when this situation began. Birchwood Services then hired a professional, licensed electrician -- [redacted] of A&M Electric ([redacted]) -- to repair the affected homeowner's damage immediately. The electrician was...

on the job hours later, and repaired the damage that same evening. Birchwood Services called [redacted] again -- per [redacted]'s instructions, as soon as repairs were complete -- to have power restored to the affected home.During repairs, the professional, licensed electrician had access to electricity from the homeowner's neighbor, which was utilized in making those repairs. Also during repairs, the affected homeowner apparently accessed the neighbor's electricity for the affected home, via a cord plugged into the neighbor's power outlet.In response to our customer's request, we have sent a copy of our current insurance to the homeowner, and have done everything possible to correct any problems the homeowner actually has. The homeowner was very happy with the tree work itself. As a returning customer of ours, we wish to do future work for the homeowner.

I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a tree trimmed or removed.

Birchwood did an excellent job removing a dead ash, a Bartlett pear and cleaning up a couple of maples and a crabapple for us at a very reasonable price. The crew was fast, respectful of surrounding plantings and efficient. We will use their services again and highly recommend them.
