My name is *** ***, and I am happy to serve Texas Homeowners as the Founder and Head Coach at Birdcreek Roofing. I take our year Workmanship Warranty very seriously. If we make a mistake, we take care of it.Every time.Guaranteed. On the other hand, we simply cannot run around repairing issues that we did not cause. Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:To date Bird Creek Roofing has done nothing to fix the damage on my roof and interior of my house.  It took them  6 weeks to respond to my complaint  with Revdex.com.That speaks volumes about the way the conduct their business. They display the same behavior to my home owners insurance company. The water damage to my house was  investigated by my homeowners insurance, who hired a structural engineer to assess the cause of the problem. Based on the evidence found,  it was determined that the damage was caused by the flashing around my chimney. Bird Creek Roofing broke the seal of the old flashing when they installed my new roof. They never installed new flashing and rain water continues to enter my house, causing substantial water damage to the interior of my house. Therefore my homeowners insurance filed a subrogation claim against Bird Creek Roofing. My roof is still under warranty.  This issue has been going on for over 18 months. Twice I had to rip out walls and fire places to repair the water/mold damage.Since this claim is ongoing my house has been gutted for months to preserve evidence for the insurance adjuster and structural engineer. I have contacted [redacted] to find out when they are repairing the roof based on the existing warranty. He responded that he is not allowed to talk to me, nor come near my house as advised by his lawyer. To claim I am out there to make a profit out of the situation is an insult and a lie. Bird Creek Roofing benefited from me as I recommended them to neighbors and they were able to conduct additional business  in our street, caused by the 2015 hail storm. My roof did not leak before Bird Creek Roofing replaced it. There have not been any insurance claims on the roof regarding water damage, prior to the new roof being installed. I do not recommend Bird Creek Roofing. Their main concern is profit and not their customers. [redacted] the Houston Manager failed to address this problem with owner [redacted] for 18 months. My insurance company would have not filed a subrogation claim if they didn't have the evidence for it.
Regards,
[redacted]
