By far the worst service experience I have had at a service department. I scheduled an appointment for 12:45 a few days in advance and ended up dropping the car off around 12:30. I waited in the waiting room for a few minutes and another customer came up to me and asked if I was there for service, to which to she told me to double check everything that I was doing on the car and if I still had the chance to take it elsewhere. I left the car there regardless because not everyone will always be satisfied and remained optimistic. When I dropped the car off the service writer asked if I wanted to get the car washed and said sure since I was leaving it there for a few hours. I left it there for the oil change, tire rotation, and now a wash. When I pulled up at 5:30 I saw my car sitting outside not only dirty but the tires untouched. I looked at the service ticket when I got home and confirmed no tire rotation was done and the service notifications were not restarted either. I will definitely be taking it to another dealership and will not be returning there, such a simple job and they can't even get that right. Not recommended.
